Omg thank you so much Jay! We were in town on vacation from Oklahoma and had to come in for 1 tattoo and ended up getting 3 people tattooed. He was awesome and stayed past closing to make sure we got our ink (2 in memory of tats and he fixed my tattoo another artist did). For now on I will be sure to come see Jay when we come to Florida. Absolutely laughable customer service called for a appointment they were straight rude. As a business owner if I treated my customers that way I would be ashamed. We are are like most heavily tattooed and they actually sounded like we were bothering them buy trying to get a appointment. Lol can't wait till we drive by soon and see another shop up 4 lease. Went in to discuss a draw up for a tattoo I had in mind- Dude at the counter was a know it all jerk. Changed my mind....  Not going to put my skin under the hand of a guy who can't even be nice to a first time customer. Read Less

I went to Bent Needle on the recommendation of my BIL. Horrible idea. My tattoo is sloppy and poorly executed. Lines are over drawn, shading is horrible. It's going to cost me twice the amount to have someone fix it. Read Less

What a joke this place is...I went in as a walk-in knowing I was taking my chances on getting time in a chair.  My first design was a no-go but for reasons I had heard before and understood so it was no big deal.  I showed them image #2 - an endless knot design with four triangles, etc.  A very simple design and I even told the guy I didn't need the "woodwork" detailing that was in the piece...PJ told the counter guy that it would take almost 2 hours to draw and over two hours in the chair.  If you want to see the design, just google ENDLESS KNOT and you can see the kind of image I am talking about.  Nothing major.  And NOT almost 2 hours of drawing.  I even told them I was leaving town the next day and the guy tried again but PJ wouldn't budge.  At no point was I consulted as to what I wanted to do with the piece...I made it clear it was an outline...My friend and I left, we went down the street to Fantasy Tattoo where Chris not only looked at the image, but he said it would SUCK where I originally wanted to do it (and where Bent Needle said it would look awesome) and why it would look bad there.  He even suggested the image be blown up larger and quoted me an awesome price.  I was out the door in just over an hour - NOT THE FOUR HOURS THAT PJ SAID IT WAS TAKE.AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE Read Less

I went in knowing what I wanted, the tatto artist Gabe work with me in getting what I wanted perfect. After that he did an amazing job on the tatto, it was a little exspensive but I am willing to pay for quality and a great atmosphere. Read Less

I've been to bent needle numerous times and have always been impressed...the have an amazing/outstanding staff...tattoo or piercing they go above and beyond on willing to educate the customer...they are very down to earth...i can't imagine going to another tattoo shop. Read Less

This shop is one of the best that I've seen in years. They are clean, safe and they really care about the customer. They do free check ups, and the piercer's are very knowledgable in every aspect of there trade. The tattoo artist 's back up there art. The entire staff is always there to help you and answer any question you might have. TThey are very help and will educate you on any proceedur. This shop is number ONE! Try it and you'll see.
