i have 90-100 hours worth of ink and i can say out of all my times getting work this time which was only a 5 hour session i def got ripped off. website is misleading to start, they say they take card but apparently they take only cash so i had to grab cash. poor communication as well, i had texted to inquire about work i wanted done and was told i dont need an apt which i found odd so i called and was told i can just go in no apt needed even though i explain i wanted to go in... for a 600 tapout session to get my whole thigh done. went in had to drive back the next day because as i figured i couldnt gt it done that day as told my the manager. while there was quoted 900-1100 for what i wanted mentioned the 600 tapout session that i was told about all of a sudden it was dropped to that price.. piece was then drawn and done and honestly it wasnt worth a tapout session and DEFF wouldnt have been worth 900-1100..the tattoo maybe is worth a solid 400. oh then better yet i went on instagram later that day and they were holding 500$ tapout sessions after i was told weekends is 600. i def wouldnt go to this location again. Posting my email that I sent weeks ago on here since they decided not to reply to me. Good Evening, My name is Stephanie Sylvester and I came to Inkaholik 03/17 for the first time. I got my nose and tragus pierced which I am super duper happy with. I had an amazing experience, but the girl who pierced me was very rude. She was rough, pushed the needle in too slow, and wasn't very comforting at all being that this was my first time getting piercings like this. I don't remember her name, but she's Spanish with long dark hair and she has tattoos on her arms. She pierced my tragus first which hurt a lot (as expected) and when I told her how bad it hurt, she's like "Oh if that hurt, I don't know how you're going to feel when I pierce your nose because that's gonna hurt worse." I didn't find that nice at all. I was looking for more encouragement and comfort. Once again, my experience getting my piercings was great especially since 03/18 was my birthday, but this girl really disappointed me and is discouraging me from returning. Great experience had an appointment with Ronnie but after an hour plus dive I was told Ronnie called out so the day started rough considering I made the appointment over a month before. My appointment was for a full sleeve😳. But I have to say it ended up working out awesome the manager said he would hook me up with a great artist so he brought over Dayan and once we got past the no English omg he did an amazing job he worked on me for over 7 hours and even stayed late to finish. Went here expecting to get a wristband tattoo for a reasonable price, I get there and I speak to whom I think is the manager he takes a look at me and pulls out a ridiculous number. This place really does charge tattoos on looks and how generous they're feeling that day. I got another tattoo that I wanted but definitely did not drive 45 mins to get. Let me start off by saying that I have been following their instagram for about 4 months now to always look at their work and their piercings. I couldn't get anything done back then because I wasn't old enough but two days after my bday I went to get my belly pierced. They're ALWAYS having specials on piercings and tattoos, like every single day & I've asked my girlfriends who have gotten belly piercings from there and they say that they pay $5 (aka the special on the piercing).. so I go in today and a man (eventually is my piercer) greets me in a somewhat nice way and I tell him I want my belly done and I want to apply the special, he says it's fine and that I'll next to sign some forms. Once I finish signing the forms, the man was busy with someone else and a young girl helps me. She's the reason why I'm giving them such a bad review. I accidentally checked marked a section on the forms instead of my initials and she treated me like I was an idiot. I nicely told her that I can easily fill out a new form or just put my initials over the check marks. Then she continues to whisper to this random man behind the desk and completely ignores me. Eventually she tells me that she needs to see my ID. Doesn't stop whispering to the man. Then tells me that it's $30 and that I need to initial. I initial and I tell her that I thought they were having the special and that the man who greeted me said I could use it. "There is a special, but it only applies to your first two ear lobes" is what she says..Total BS!!! All my friends who have gone there have gotten different body piercings and different ear piercings using the promotion. Their instagram even says that it covers everything except genitals. I tell her this and she begins to call my friends liars and that I don't know what I'm talking about.. it took everything in me not to walk out of their because I drove in the pouring rain for 35 mins determined to get that piercing. I just let her talk and I paid her the cash and she didn't even say thank you or anything. Rude as hell. My piercer was very cool and nice though. He did the job fast. Another thing was the loud ass music playing... holy shit lower the music, I can't even hear the man talking to me because of how damn loud it is! I simply text my picture to them, they printed and got started right away. My artist was extremely quiet and wouldn't engage in conversation with me, but that's hardly an issue. This location is bigger than the one on Bird Rd. It's just as busy though, & quite frankly, I prefer the one on Bird Rd.  when it comes to the layout. The parking here is better due to the shop being located in a shopping mall that has a huge parking lot. As soon as I walked into the shop, I noticed similar awesome decor as in the other location. The music was loud & there were a lot of people waiting to get service. The employees seem to be organized on the way they got traffic flowing, HOWEVER!! Their attitude needs to be checked! I get it's a really busy tattoo shop & theres a lot going on at once but, damn! Can you be just a tiny bit more polite?! Not everyone knows the rules of your shop, that's what YOU'RE there for!! Anyways, to end this review on a positive note, I will say this, the waiting time was not bad considering the amount of people in the waiting area. Around 20 minutes to get my piercing & I was out of there. The guy who pierced me seemed to be rushing a little(maybe bc of the amount of people waiting) but ultimately, he did a good job, answered my questions, & gave me his info, should I need to contact him in the future regarding piercing care. As far as my experience with piercings go, it was a great experience. Felix was very professional, knowledgeable, and overall a cool dude. However, this place is terrible regarding tattoos. I went to get a simple tattoo, was told the small tattoo I wanted consisting of just line work and about the size of a quarter was ineligible. When asked to be given a quote, I was told 50 dollars for a tattoo that's literally the size of a quarter. This place just tries to squeeze money out of people without the quality being present to begin with. If you actually want good work, go to Ocho Placas or Live Tattoo. Read Less

I came into Inkaholiks a while back to discuss finishing my tattoo on my ribs. It's a dual koi fish tattoo so I asked for the Japanese artwork specializer at this location.  Ronny. Remember this name. If you want a tattoo, GET IT FROM HIM. I was placed on a two month wait list (early June) after leaving a $100 deposit. On a random Saturday morning, I decided to give them a call and see if a slot has opened up or if any one has canceled. They checked their appointments and said no but no more than 5 minutes later called back and told me to come in within 30 minutes due to a cancellation. I show up, and instead of finishing up my koi fish tattoo, I decided to be wild and get my sleeve that I've been waiting till June to get. Ronny walked through with me step by step on exactly how I wanted this tattoo, the many different ideas we can do with the trees and even showed me a BETTER way to receive this tattoo. He flipped the image of my wolf horizontally and by simply doing that, I could still see the wolf's face when my arm is down as opposed to before. He placed the largest tree right underneath the face (wrist area, thumb side) and boy did it make a difference.I'm not going to type much more because his artwork is going to speak the rest for me. 6 hours and a dinner (we took a break because we got hungry, lol) with Ronny later, flow-y wolf in a snowy evergreen forest, done.IM IN LOVE. The details on the snowy evergreen trees, the amazing flow of the wolf and the details within every stroke of his tattoo. I'm 100% coming back. This was my worst experience in a tatoo shop ever first they send me  advertising over and over .and finally when i decide to show up with several friends the guy in front told us that the advertising was on and when we got a quote price it was 5 times more expensive  and when i ask the guy iwhy he daid just it was the price no discution.so we paid cash .and after 5 minute i ask again showing the advertising and the guy said "oh if you had show me that before i would have made this price but now is to late so i can't give you back the money ."litteraly 5 minute afterso i think they trick everyone with a fake advertising  to attract people  . in my eye is the most  dishonest way to make commerce. They're all professional and very patient because I am a little baby when it comes to pain and they've dealt with my squirminess. I went in to hold my best friend's hand while he got his septum pierced, but of course being there I had to get a tattoo myself.  Prices are reasonable and the tattoo artist had, as I like to call it, angelic hands. I went in with the mindframe that the piercing would be done with the piercing gun but nope. Manual install. My eyes watered badly but the pain was short lived.I received a pamphlet about how to take care of it and the business card just in case I had questions. The small stud was $30/piercing included.
