I was going for my first tattoo, so I did some research and salvation seemed to be the best. From the moment I stepped in everything was really good, nice professional help and advise. As I said, it was my first, so everybody with tattoos probably knows that that's the most exiting one. I wanted everything to be perfect, because I was extremely nervous.
Everything was, until the day of my appointment.
I made the appointment a week before, paid my deposit, send email in that week. I had no respond on that email, but 2 weeks later when it didn't matter anymore. That day I had my appointment nobody knew I was coming, nothing was prepared, they couldn't find my paper, I wasn't in the agenda... so you could say that was for me (being extremely nervous) not the best feeling to go into your first tattoo experience. They quickly set it up. I had someone that barely spook English. They were already closing at that time so I felt like a pain in the ass for them, coming that late. (11pm, they close at 12).
After all, I'm happy with the result and the girl who helped me in the beginning. But the last part, the most important part, was very very disappointing. I also send them an email about the unhappy experience, but didn't receive any respond on that.. Read Less
