TOURISTS AND RESIDENTS BEWARE. RUN from this place, don't walk! If I could give it ZERO stars, I would! That being said, this review is LONG overdue. I'm going to summarize it the best I can and give you the MAIN points of my experience.Back in end of July....Walk in, met Chino the owner. I tell him I want to pierce my ears and express my fear of getting an infection. He says it's not going to happen as he brags about how long he's owned his business.I pierce my ears. Chino doesn't give me the choice to pick my studs, does it for me.Charges me $90. I am told to clean daily with bactine. I do this twice daily.Few days pass, ears are itchy. I think they're healing. I flew to the west coast.A month down the line ears are itchy and oozing. The day I flew back on a red eye, I can't handle the itchy, oozing stink coming from my ears so I take the earrings off only to find that they are BLACK and most certainly NOT surgical steel. They're nickel, like a pair of $3 forever 21 earrings. My fiancé calls as soon as the shop opens. We are told chino will be there in 20. He makes us wait an hour for his presence. I tell him what's going on, he gets offended. ? I'm the one with the infection because I got duped into buying non surgical steel earrings whilst paying $90 for them. Pretty sure that's not up to piercing standards. Chino cleans my ears with some medicated stuff because he wanted to act like he was doing something special for me when I could have f*cking cleaned them with salt water like I had been. That's the only thing that kept my infection from getting worse. By the way, bactine is not something you want to use on your fresh wound. Takes longer to heal. Chino was supposed to speak to his "supplier" and get back to me with the earrings. Never did. He clearly needed the $90 more than I did. Unprofessional, money hungry business owner who definitely does not give a F about his customers. I'm certain he thought I was a tourist and wasn't coming back. I healed myself with the salt water and I now have a scar on the back of my ear. I've attached photos for the public to see my scar and the black earring back.

From beginning to end our experience at Oriana exceeded expectations. My cousin and I were in town for a weekend in honor of a recently passed family member who always wanted to live in Miami. So getting memorial tattoos in Miami was a must. Our requests were very specific and our timeline crunched. Chino, Marcel and Luis C. fit us in, re-worked the art til it was perfect, were attentive throughout and nothing but respectful. The shop was immaculate and beautifully designed. SO GLAD we found our way here - couldn't have hoped for a better experience. Thanks guys

I’ve been looking for quality work since I moved to Miami 2 years ago, surprisingly hard to find. A friend recommended this place and I finally came in for my first piece from Luis C a couple days ago. I’m absolutely in love!! I can’t stop looking at it, seriously told them I’m coming back in a few days for more.
The whole shop is extremely clean, they sanitize everything and open up new needles right in front of you. The vibe is extremely relaxed, all of the artists and the shop owner make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in.
Needless to say I’m sending everyone I can their way, these guys are the best!

I surprised my fiance for her birthday with an appointment at Oriana. She had been wanting a watercolor horse on her shoulder for years, but never had the guts to just go do it. I researched for a while and stumbled upon Oriana. They had great reviews and we were not disappointed! Luis was able to turn my fiance's vision into a reality and we can't thank him enough. The staff was super friendly and helpful and even squeezed in our two friends for their own tattoos! We will always highly recommend Oriana and be back!

My wife and I are on vacation from DC and wanted to each get a tattoo while we were down here. I enjoy going to different shops as I travel around the US. I did a lot of research about where to go in Miami (lots of competition), and I'm am thrilled we decided to go with Oriana Tattoo. From the second we walked in the door we felt extremely comfortable and were greeted right away. Luis "pretty boy" did a lotus mandala on my wife's arm, and Vera Ruben did a American traditional ship on the back of my leg. Both guys were super helpful, and the worked turned out AWESOME. The owner (Chino I believe) was also super friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a great place to get tattooed in Miami, look no further. Great environment, clean shop, fair prices, and outstanding work!

I was looking for a very complex dots-to-lines tattoo and researched for over a year. I talked with Chino and was impressed with the confidence that he had in his artist and studio to provide me the piece of art that I was looking for. I made arrangements to drive to Miami and have this done. My first impression was that him and his staff we very professional, the studio was clean, state of the art, and top notch. They were prepared by having a majority of the design work com...pleted before I arrived. This was my first tattoo, a very large and complex piece, it took 10.5 hours and was completed in one sitting. The staff kept me comfortable and the tattoo was completed above my expectations. Got two piercings here and both ended up bad. Ring for conch caused extreme swelling and pain and also the placement of the conch is not what I asked for. Tragus ring used wrong jewelry. They tell you to clean with bactine and that will result into slow healing. Luckily the piercing where I lived fixed both my piercings and gave me the correct healing solution. My dads girlfriend also asked for a love piercing and not only did the only do one side for 45 dollars, they got the stud stuck in her ear and caused major pain.

SUPER clean, amazing prepping. My guy was Luis and he did an amazing job, took his time, 2.5 hours with no breaks and he worked with me to make sure my tattoo was the size, color, placement, angle and size that I wanted it to be. I'm so grateful I found him and this place. Truly amazing job. I'm obsessed with it and yes it was pricey but worth EVERY penny! So happy! I never write reviews but he definitely deserves one along with Chino who even continued guiding me through the after care instructions for even a couple days after getting the tattoo. Very supportive and truly care about you and your experience. Also, not trashy or gothic looking like many other parlors. Modern, spacious and an amazing collection of portfolios for their work.

Shoutout to oriana tattoo!!! I had the best experience I could ever hope for! I Facebook message oriana tattoo about a month ago about getting a new ink on my next vacation in Miami. Chino respond within minutes and helped me schedule my appointment with Luis Carmona. When I got to the shop today everybody was so nice,the place was clean and welcoming. They wouldn't take a break until my sketch was done according to my wish and then they mad a dream come true!!! Luis did an amazing job, detailed and accurate. I'll definitely be back and I recommend everyone who wish to get a world class tattoo to check the place out.

I walked in looking for jewelry for my nose ring and industrial bar. The guy at the front didn't greet me, I had to greet him. Then, when I asked if they had body jewelry he pointed me to this one case. No big deal, not all stores have a wide selection. He walks over to open the case and he shows me this one ring. When I asked what size it was, he said it's small. His phone starts ringing and he silences it. So then I go to ask what the actual gauge of the jewelry is and he said "look, I don't know. You either want it or you don't you tell me. I'm going to answer my phone." And he put the jewelry back in the case and walked away. Like let's forget for a second how incredibly rude he was overall. He couldn't even tell me the size of the jewelry they sell. His response was small, not 20, 18, 16, etc gauge. They want to be a "tattoo and piercing academy" but they don't know the width of their freaking jewelry! Sorry, I'll never step foot in there again. If I can't trust that you know what your jewelry is sized/made from/etc, then I can't trust that you can pierce without hitting a vein and that you can tattoo within your own drawn lines.I feel like I should also note that I'm pretty sure the guy at the front was the owner.

A friend recommended this place and I finally came in for my first piece from Luis C a couple days ago. I’m absolutely in love!! I surprised my fiance for her birthday with an appointment at Oriana. She had been wanting a watercolor horse on her shoulder for years, but never had the guts to just go do it. I researched for a while and stumbled upon Oriana. They had great reviews and we were not disappointed! Luis was able to turn my fiance's vision into a reality and we can't thank him enough. The staff was super friendly and helpful and even squeezed in our two friends for their own tattoos! We will always highly recommend Oriana and be back!

My wife and I are on vacation from DC and wanted to each get a tattoo while we were down here. I enjoy going to different shops as I travel around the US. I did a lot of research about where to go in Miami (lots of competition), and I'm am thrilled we decided to go with Oriana Tattoo. From the second we walked in the door we felt extremely comfortable and were greeted right away. Luis "pretty boy" did a lotus mandala on my wife's arm, and Vera Ruben did a American traditional ship on the back of my leg. Both guys were super helpful, and the worked turned out AWESOME. The owner (Chino I believe) was also super friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a great place to get tattooed in Miami, look no further. Great environment, clean shop, fair prices, and outstanding work!

I talked with Chino and was impressed with the confidence that he had in his artist and studio to provide me the piece of art that I was looking for. I made arrangements to drive to Miami and have this done. My first impression was that him and his staff we very professional, the studio was clean, state of the art, and top notch. They were prepared by having a majority of the design work com...pleted before I arrived. This was my first tattoo, a very large and complex piece, it took 10.5 hours and was completed in one sitting. The staff kept me comfortable and the tattoo was completed above my expectations. Got two piercings here and both ended up bad. Ring for conch caused extreme swelling and pain and also the placement of the conch is not what I asked for. Tragus ring used wrong jewelry. They tell you to clean with bactine and that will result into slow healing. Luckily the piercing where I lived fixed both my piercings and gave me the correct healing solution. My dads girlfriend also asked for a love piercing and not only did the only do one side for 45 dollars, they got the stud stuck in her ear and caused major pain.

My guy was Luis and he did an amazing job, took his time, 2.5 hours with no breaks and he worked with me to make sure my tattoo was the size, color, placement, angle and size that I wanted it to be. I'm so grateful I found him and this place. Truly amazing job. I'm obsessed with it and yes it was pricey but worth EVERY penny! So happy! I never write reviews but he definitely deserves one along with Chino who even continued guiding me through the after care instructions for even a couple days after getting the tattoo. Very supportive and truly care about you and your experience. Also, not trashy or gothic looking like many other parlors. Modern, spacious and an amazing collection of portfolios for their work.

Shoutout to oriana tattoo!!! I had the best experience I could ever hope for! I Facebook message oriana tattoo about a month ago about getting a new ink on my next vacation in Miami. Chino respond within minutes and helped me schedule my appointment with Luis Carmona. When I got to the shop today everybody was so nice,the place was clean and welcoming. They wouldn't take a break until my sketch was done according to my wish and then they mad a dream come true!!! Luis did an amazing job, detailed and accurate. I'll definitely be back and I recommend everyone who wish to get a world class tattoo to check the place out.

I walked in looking for jewelry for my nose ring and industrial bar. The guy at the front didn't greet me, I had to greet him. Then, when I asked if they had body jewelry he pointed me to this one case. No big deal, not all stores have a wide selection. He walks over to open the case and he shows me this one ring. When I asked what size it was, he said it's small. His phone starts ringing and he silences it. So then I go to ask what the actual gauge of the jewelry is and he said "look, I don't know. You either want it or you don't you tell me. I'm going to answer my phone." And he put the jewelry back in the case and walked away. Like let's forget for a second how incredibly rude he was overall. He couldn't even tell me the size of the jewelry they sell. His response was small, not 20, 18, 16, etc gauge. They want to be a "tattoo and piercing academy" but they don't know the width of their freaking jewelry! Sorry, I'll never step foot in there again. If I can't trust that you know what your jewelry is sized/made from/etc, then I can't trust that you can pierce without hitting a vein and that you can tattoo within your own drawn lines.I feel like I should also note that I'm pretty sure the guy at the front was the owner.
