Very professional and clean environment. Cheryl explains every aspect of the process and what you are looking to accomplish in your look. Even with a little nerves, I was put at ease immediately, and the process was not painful or uncomfortable. I appreciated the aftercare instructions and what to expect. This was the first time that I ever had permanent makeup. So I was nervous especially on my eyes. My eye liner turned out fantastic! I was referred to Cheryl by a friend who had gone to her. My hands shake terribly and I can't put on eyeliner anymore. I don't know what I was expecting, but I was so happy to see such a nice, clean, professional office when I went to have my eyeliner done! Cheryl immediately put my mind to rest and I wasn't one bit nervous about it. Just the thought of "tattooing my eyes" at first made me apprehensive! None of my other friends could believe I was having it done! It absolutely did NOT hurt at all! If anything, it was a little annoying that someone was doing something to my eye, but there was NO pain! She gave me some ointment for the itching that started in about 3 days afterwards. All in all, it was a good experience. Cheryl called me the next day to see how I was doing. I am going back for a touch-up in a month and will have her add some purple to the black eyeliner. For years I have wanted to have my eyebrows done with permanent makeup due to them being so light and barely even there. I had to draw them in all the time which normally came out uneven, etc. I was so hesitant on having the procedure done since our eyebrows are a very important part of our facial features but I am SO glad that I finally did it! Additionally, I had my lower and upper eye lids done as well. I HIGHLY recommend Cheryl and would not go to anyone else. I drive an hour from Orlando because she is worth the drive.
