I used to frequent this shop. However, their recent behavior has completely turned me off. A shop that would slander a former employee is not to be trusted. If your business is what you say it is, you should be able to stand on that alone. Purely unprofessional, take your hard earned money to an artist that truly appreciates and deserves your business.

Great place , clean , good vibe. The head artist Eric is very laid back and works his voodoo to make your experience a good one. Will definitely be back to get more of my sleeve done.

I got the worst tattoo artist in Lehigh. Not only was she rude and got annoyed when she gave me an ugly tattoo. I didn't like they way she had colored my elephant. My 3 yr old niece could've done a be...
I got the worst tattoo artist in Lehigh. Not only was she rude and got annoyed when she gave me an ugly tattoo. I didn't like they way she had colored my elephant. My 3 yr old niece could've done a better job. She asked if I liked it or seen anything that needed more work when I showed her areas that needed more color or the lines weren't straight she literally got up and left leaving me bymelf another artist had to finish her work. Terrible work ethics. Terrible services. Not at all pleased with her tattoo or her attitude.

Love the owner. His wife is such a doll. Love the artists at the shop. I got my first tattoo there and I got a total of 5 piercings also (3 being my tongue) and the other two being my nipple piercing...
Love the owner. His wife is such a doll. Love the artists at the shop. I got my first tattoo there and I got a total of 5 piercings also (3 being my tongue) and the other two being my nipple piercings and it’s been about 4 months and they don’t hurt at all anymore. Love this place and how clean they are, super friendly and great environment.

Huge disappointment going to this shop the had a guy named David tattoo me he was doing a cover up was tired and asked to finish the tattoo in the following week I said ok called and called the guy go...
Huge disappointment going to this shop the had a guy named David tattoo me he was doing a cover up was tired and asked to finish the tattoo in the following week I said ok called and called the guy go to the shop owner tells me yeah he was doing herion in the bathroom and he is in rehab now I ask about my tattoo that I already paid for they said yeah we can fix and finish it for a couple hundred more NO very unprofessional they should have fixed it and finished it no questions asked expecily after letting a drug addict do a tattoo so now I have a horrible mess on my arm that I have to pay to have fixed

Clean place, and the staff was awesome. Went in to see how much some work would cost me and i ended up leaving with 2 amazing tattoos. Eric was the artist and he was great

Great customer service! I called hoping to get a piercing gift certificate for my mom for Christmas. The manager was super helpful in facilitating the sale over the phone (since I live across the country), very friendly and very professional. My mom stopped in the shop and called me to share how comfortable she felt in the shop, and that Goodfella's has great staff and is very clean!

I definitely recommend Goodfella's Tattoo & Piercing shop if you are wanting a piercing. They are very professional, knowledgeable, caring, and not to mention the most reasonable prices around. I researched several different businesses in the Lehigh Acres/Ft. Myers area before I took my daughter to get her belly button pierced. The establishment is very clean and in a good location. The procedure was explained very thoroughly and the actual piercing was done very gently and quick. My daughter never even flinched! Thank you Goodfella's for allowing me to be "The Cool Mom".

I used to frequent this shop. However, their recent behavior has completely turned me off. A shop that would slander a former employee is not to be trusted. If your business is what you say it is, you should be able to stand on that alone. Purely unprofessional, take your hard earned money to an artist that truly appreciates and deserves your business.

I got the worst tattoo artist in Lehigh. Not only was she rude and got annoyed when she gave me an ugly tattoo. I didn't like they way she had colored my elephant. My 3 yr old niece could've done a better job. Great customer service! I called hoping to get a piercing gift certificate for my mom for Christmas. The manager was super helpful in facilitating the sale over the phone (since I live across the country), very friendly and very professional. My mom stopped in the shop and called me to share how comfortable she felt in the shop, and that Goodfella's has great staff and is very clean!

I definitely recommend Goodfella's Tattoo & Piercing shop if you are wanting a piercing. They are very professional, knowledgeable, caring, and not to mention the most reasonable prices around.
