Bob has tattoed me 3 times. He's always friendly as long as you go in wt a good attitude and mindful. The 2 artists in there are great. Fast, friendly, smart, clean, decent location. The owner on the other hand is never there, I've never seen him. They do not sell or do piercings at this location. Large variety of art to choose from if you don't know what you want. After a few years off, my wife surprised me with a Gift Certificate to see Chris. He nailed it, I told him what I was thinking, and he nailed it. I came down on vacation like I do every year with family. I ended up losing the back to the jewelry of the brand new piercing I got! (it's not even half way healed yet 😭). I googled body piercing shops in the area we were staying and they were the closest, as soon as we walked in Darryn and Amber greeted us and were super friendly as well as super helpful. They knew exactly what I needed and even gave me some awesome advice on different styles of jewelry if I keep having trouble with what I have. Came down to Largo because my mom's husband passed away. I convinced her to get a tattoo in his memory. Not knowing the area, I googled area shops and Rosco' s came up with very good reviews. I could tell my mom was nervous, with this being her first tattoo. We met Rosco and he instantly made her feel comfortable and at ease. Shop was very clean and staff was great. I don't generally vary where i go when it comes to getting work done but I was so impressed with my mom's experience I went back the next day and got a piece done by Rosco as well. Quoted one price, then when my friend who gave me a ride there drove away, the price jumped up $100.00. I was lucky they didn't get far. I found this to be very unprofessional, and felt like I was being gouged... no pun intended. Subsequently, I've gotten my tattoo at another very well known parlor (they seem to be the biggest around) who did a great job, for the price that Poda originally quoted me, and were not surprised when I told them about my experience. I had a great experience for my first tattoo. Rosco made me feel comfortable and no pressure what so ever. He customized the tattoo I wanted and made suggestions, but was not offended if I decided to change his suggestion slightly. They say tattoos are addictive, I didn't believe it until I got my first one. I am already thinking of adding on to it and other ones I might want.
