My sister and I walked in looking to get matching Tattoos. Tom quickly worked with our our ideas and gave us exactly what we wanted. Great prices and great work!!! We are very happy!! I read John Reeds review and we were there when that happened. His wife came in with her sister and she started telling John what her sister wanted, how fast it should take and how much. I don't know where they thought they were but you're not gonna tell a surgeon how long your surgery is gonna be and how much. Exact same thing with an artist. She called him rude because she was unwilling to compromise with him. After she left she had her HUSBAND call AND write a bad review. He wasn't there!!!! I get the feeling she doesn't make any decisions in that relationship. Anyway, John explained to HIM what happened and the husband seemed just as unreasonable. First time and wont be the last with this shop. Very clean very professional company. Came in with an idea met the Artist Tom. Rescheduled for a consult again to go over finished proposal. My husband and I have had 3 tats each so far...and they are all awesome. A great group of guys...they joke, curse, and have a great time while doing their tattoos. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Me and my friend went there to get our nostrils done. The guy gave us a deal-$20 each. The studs are TINY. After three days, I put on a tshirt and it flew off! Her's was in the wrong spot and also fell out. We had to go to a different place to get them redone! So another $35. The studs are supposed to be way longer and CURVED so they don't fall out!!!!!! Severe disappointment, and we want our $20 back. Reviews also to follow on Yelp, google and anything else I can think of. He also never even gave us aftercare. Seriously?!Oh, and I have never worked for them, so I am NOT a disgruntled employee. There are conversation i had with John over facebook that I saved, along with the paperwork we had to sign.Also, no aftercare? Really? The place we went to have HAVE IT REDONE shuddered when we said where we got it done. So much for 18 years experience. John thinks he is God, and blames his mistakes on the customer. My friend and I decided to get our nostrils pierced - our first piercings ever. We researched quite a few shops in the area and based on reviews and John's "knowledge", we picked 727 Tattoos. What a horrible idea that was! My piercing was done WAY higher than it should've been, and was done crooked, so the jewel did not lie flat on my nose (we trusted John on placement as he claimed he has 18+ years of experience and didn't want it to be done wrong - HA!) Come to find out, we were both pierced with nose bones, which if you didn't know, YOU SHOULD NEVER PUT IN A FRESH PIERCING BECAUSE IT CAN TEAR IT OPEN. John went over NO aftercare with us inside the shop (I had to message him on FB, which just got me a response of "antibacterial soap like Dial 3-4 times a day") Within two days my nose was very red and swollen because the ball of the nose bone was actually embedded in the piercing on the inside of my nostril because it was so small - which could lead to infection / my nostril ripping. John claimed he was out of town and could switch jewelry when he was back. I ran for the hills - straight to a reputable shop that had to RE-PIERCE my nose and switch my jewelry (the artist cringed when I told him the shop that originally did it.) My friend's nose bone fell out in 3 days and she too had to pay to get it redone with the proper jewelry. When we contacted him via Facebook to resolve the issue and asked for our money back, we were BLOCKED!! DO NOT GO HERE! Read Less

I went to 727 tattoo and John did my tattoo,he was very professional,showed me everything they used on me that had expiration dates, something atomic never does, I got an awesome tattoo at a great price, everything was very clean and sanitary. I won't lie I did some shopping around for the tattoo I wanted and atomic wanted $400 and went to 727 and paid much less for better service and got treated very well at 727, atomic is a ripoff and does crap work, I have scar tattoos from atomic going too deep. Let me tell you about this a-hole John, and the drunk owner Carla who kept inviting me back to thier place, they lit up a cigarette, I told them I dont smoke, isnt that unsanitary? They had an argument when he was first beginning the tat, kept stopping, he told her to go smoke some more crack, I sat up, pulled my sleeve down and left. Theyre nasty people. BEWARE. I'm getting tested for deseases next week @ my dr's just to be sure... ps, what little he did do is seriously shaky and has to be done over by an actual tattoo artist. Read Less
