This place is in the back of the mall with 3 stars for a reason! I got my second holes done in my ears and needless to say, they missed my lobe with the exit hole and went through the cartilage instead. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was screamed at then hung up on. Instead of gambling your luck with getting a good job or not, just go somewhere else.

The service here was terrible! I walked in to get a piercing and neither of the two workers acknowledged me they just sat on the phone and talked to me as they continued texting! I then had to ask for...
The service here was terrible! I walked in to get a piercing and neither of the two workers acknowledged me they just sat on the phone and talked to me as they continued texting! I then had to ask for a form because they were not approaching me! They were very rude I had to ask for a pen twice to fill out the consent form so I ended up leaving because I did not feel welcome and they were not acting professional at all! Will not go back I was shocked by how rude and unprofessional they both acted!

Got my snake eyes piercing done here today! I didn't get the lady's name that pierced me but she was amazing. She wasn't rude, wasn't in a hurry, but most importantly She did an amazing job! I do recommend getting piercings here. It was a nice and fun environment, the people there were all filled with smiles and laughter. I absolutely loved going in tonight. Ink Spot at Lakeland Mall - was in the mall for something else and saw the attractive shop. Met with Kevin and we found a US Flag that I really liked, we added the words "Lest We Forget". I'm diabetic and shortly into the session I felt faint, and was having a drop in my sugar. Kevin and the rest of the folks were SO understanding. After about 15 min I started feeling better so we finished it. LOVE it. Its my 5th piece and I would certainly go back there for my next tattoo!

Went in today and met Troy and the crew at the Altamonte location. I am an Iraqi Freedom Vet and I needed a cover up on a piece that was done in 2003. I have never met an artist like Troy. He understood where I was coming from and what I needed. He went above and beyond what I thought I expected. I was treated with respect and they made sure I got the best design and the right look. The place looked great and clean, it also smelled good. Glass on the register was spotless. I will not go anywhere else for any of my work and I will make sure everyone knows about this place.

This place is in the back of the mall with 3 stars for a reason! I got my second holes done in my ears and needless to say, they missed my lobe with the exit hole and went through the cartilage instead.
