I walked in and got my first tattoo here. I was super nervous but the calm atmosphere of the shop really helped me relax. Travis did my tattoo and its small(like i wanted) but my lines are clean and straight and it was a very easy/pleasant experience. By my artist being so calm and gentle, it helped me get through it ! I can not imagine having a better experience than I did at Holy Grail. The shop is super clean. The fellas in the cool black shirts are very professional and informative when it comes to the after care of your tattoo. I am very particular when it comes to tattoo shops, and this shop meets all of my criteria, right down to their choice of music. The only negative I have is that they only accept cash for tattoos, but this dulls in comparison to all of the great things this shop has to offer. Took my daughter in this morning to get her first tattoo. It was a tattoo of her grandmother's handwriting before she died 5 years ago. They did an excellent job. The first one was our father, daughter matching Dragon tattoos, then we had our Lung Cancer Ribbon tattoos In honor of my Sister who is battling stage 3 lung cancer. I went in with a friend to get a simple wrist tattoo and she was going to get one on her ribs. While she went with Tassili who was awesome, I went with Isaac and he was amazing!!!!!!! He drew up my wrist tattoo super quick and I loved it, then I threw my rib tattoo idea at him and he drew something up super quick and it looked better than anything I could've thought of. Even though both hurt more than I thought, Isaac was super patient, sweet and quick! I never had a tattoo before and my first time I got two! I do not recommend this place at all. Went in for nipple piercings less than a month ago. Within a few days, noticed it was crooked, not drastically but enough. Google told me to wait till the swelling goes down to make sure that the actual piercing was crooked and now it is drastically crooked when I am laying down. Called the shop and they told me I'd have to pay for a re pierce and had I came in immediate they would have only charged me for the jewelry, as if this was my mistake. They did NOT ID me. I did NOT sign any forms of consent. I basically went in, got pierced and paid and left(yes I understand the ID and consent should have been red flags but I was so excited to get pierced that I didn't even notice until after the fact). I chose them basically bc they were close and open and there lies my mistake. Will not be going to them ever again and I do not recommend anyone else go to them. *Edit* Your tone in both your phone call and that reply doesn't convey friendly and business like. What started as a simple tragus piercing morphed into something I needed to follow-up on and not only was I welcomed and taken care of completely, I was encouraged to always return - for the life of the piercing.
