Let me just start off by saying the workers there are great, very friendly to me and everyone else I've seen walk in there. I got my septum done here and that turned out great. The reason why I knocked off one star was because of the experience with the one tattoo I've gotten here. I got my tattoo finished only to realize one of the quotation marks was missing once I got home, they told me to come another day to get it fixed. I came back twice and they were too busy so finally about a week later I was able to get it done. Once it healed I had had to get the tattoo touched for inconsistencies in the ink(not surprising because it was filled in black). In total I went into the shop at least 5 times, possibly more over the course of a few months. My appointments being cancelled or them just being too busy at the time. I feel like maybe I was one of the few not so great experiences an I don't know if I'll come here again. Possibly for a small tattoo since they have good prices I feel like I used enough gas money going back and forth to equal the amount of a tattoo! xD Anyways, as stated above these guys are good people. First off, great atmosphere and very friendly. I went in for a piercing, Tommy took the time to actually help me and give me advice on what I needed. He even talked with Jesse and explained to him my situation. Both were very thorough about explaining to me about the after care of the piercing. When I went inside the man said that he wouldn't be able to take me and my friend because he was squeezing people in and that was when we got there an hour and a half . Easily one of the best groupings of artists you could ask for. Extremely artistic & Knowledgeable they are also able to help bring your idea to life. Simple to deal with. GO IN and make an appointment, also bring a deposit. They will not hold a spot for you without that deposit which is standard practice. A deposit guarantees you'll show up. If they made you an appointment without a deposit and blocked out 3hrs to tattoo you and you don't show, that's 3hrs of business they wo...n't be bringing in because people only care about themselves. Leave a deposit and you'll have a solid appointment. I see some negative ratings on here and it makes me laugh. Half of the people leaving negative reviews have never even set foot in the shop which makes you guys look like a bunch of chumps. "My friend didn't like their experience so I'M leaving a negative review". Makes sense right? Got my nose and industrial pierced by Jesse . Very clean shop and everything is sterile. He also explained the aftercare and I also bought the h2o ocean stuff for the piercings. Recently stopped into this establishment to try to get some new nose jewelry. When I walked in there was a gentleman tattooing a woman, and I asked him if I could see some jewelry. He called for Jesse, and after 20 minutes of standing there the tattoo artist had to stop what he was doing to go get Jessie from the back. Jesse came out and acted like he didn't want to do anything. I asked him if he had the jewelry I was looking for, and he acted like I was the biggest inconvenience in the world. Since they didn't have it, he chose to stand there with his arms crossed and acted annoyed. He could easily shown me more jewelry and possibly made a sale. I will not be going back to this place. their work is eh. i honestly wouldn't ever go back for another tattoo. that's something that is permanent on your body forever. the only reason why they're even getting two stars is because they were some what friendly. i wouldn't suggest nor recommend getting a tattoo done here. you can look at how poor the line work and quality is just by looking at the pictures they have in their store of their tattoos. i would suggest Hammett tattoos in Lake worth . they are my new tat shop down here after moving from new jersey i was trying to find a good tattoo artist and did not find it here. I got my nipples pierced here last year and I can honestly say I'm in LOVE! This place is so clean and they are very quick. Plus they have the BEST prices in all of Palm Beach. I'm more of a piercing person. Wild out on the weekend and take them out and be professional on Monday's. So I'm always up for a new discreet piercing.It's like you're an alien if you don't get inked or pierced here.
