I got my septum pierced by Deadman, it was very painful but it was all very clean and professional. After going home I noticed that my piercing was crooked, after speaking with them about my concern they've offered to fix it for free but also said it could just be caused from the swelling and that it could possibly straighten itself out within a couple of weeks. All of the staff are very great! I've received a tattoo also once before with my wife that looked and healed great. If you're looking for a tattoo or piercing I definitely recommend checking them out. Read Less

Got my lip pierced at another shop the other day, woke up to my lip stud embedded in my lip. My husband and I just want to say a BIG thank you to Andy and the rest of Keipsakes employees. Our daughter had gotten a daith piercing a week ago, and she woke up yesterday with it completely swollen and infected. After taking her to the ER and being told they "could not" remove it. My husband called Keipsake. Without hesitation after hearing the situation they told us to bring her in and Andy and the crew took care of her. Really friendly people, clean place, safe feeling environment. Had some issues & misunderstandings with my nostril piercing from prior people/places. Went in there today with my Hubby & they met my/our expectations & then some. I felt welcome, unjudged & comfortable. The best! 1st off; amazing people, they are truly good ones, you can tell, I was happy to give them my money. 2. Their store is rad. I found the coolest purse for like 9$. 3. Healing arts and teas and herbs and such? And they gave an open invitation to enjoy their wifi and have some tea? ah! Heaven! 4. best piercing experience I've ever had. Place was so clean it hurt my nose. He could tell I was nervous and sat there with me for a while while I made sure it was in exactly the right place, drew and re-drew the dot a bunch of times just to make sure I was happy.
