They have zero customer service skills. That creepy lady at the reception talks to you like she is doing a favor to you. I got my nose pierced there. They don't have variety of jewelry at all. What they have is what you'll get whether you like it or not. I had to go back because my stud fell off while sleeping. I went as soon as I realize that. I'm relatively new to Florida and I've had the same piercings before but had to take them out. I've been wanting to get repierced for years and I've finally done it. The lizard lounge is really the best place you could go to. The people are friendly and super sweet. They went over the procedure with me and made sure I was comfortable. The tatto artist that did my tattoo didn't tell me her name or talked to me. She just want to get paid. I asked for a hollow cross on my thumb and what I got was a mess up cross and u did ask her to redo the lines and some how she did the same mistakes as the 1st try. Called the store around 12pm, sent images by email and received a price quote and had an appointment with Grey in the afternoon around 4pm. Me and my girlfriend are visiting from the UK and it was my first tattoo, her second. Grey was an absolute gentleman and added his own ideas (with my permission) to the design in order to give it a bit more life than a flat image. Totally impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff. The initial walkin experience was great, very nice people working here!  The guy who did my tattoo(Due to me being so nervous and antsy I can't remember his name...tall, dark, super sexy) did such an amazing job on mine and my best friends tattoos.  We had been talking about getting matching ones forever and finally went for it.  The artist made us feel super comfortable and had great convo and made me feel at home. I'm not from Kissimmee but was going to be in town for the weekend. I called the shop on Saturday to make an appointment for Saturday. I sent a picture of the tattoo I wanted and explained I didn't live in town and wouldn't be able to make a deposit. The woman I spoke to said she would "try" to keep a 3pm appointment open. I showed up around 2:15 and the woman I spoke to was there, she kept saying, "you need to make a deposit and come back Tuesday." She basically acted like we never spoke. While vacationing in the Kissimmee/Orlando area I decided on a whim to get a new tatoo.  After visiting other tatoo parlors in the area and reading several reviews,  I decided on Lizard Lounge.  My tat was done by Kayla and she did an excellent job.  She was very good at helping me decide the best location for my new tat (tat #4).  I would recommend this shop and I would definitely return here to get another if I am ever again in the area. We were visiting from VT and my daughter wanted to get a piercing so we stopped into Lizard Lounge based on reviews and my son and I ended up getting a tattoo. It was my son first and my third. I love this place. Karl Stevens (guest from the UK) is my artist and I can't imagine having a better experience. Virginia is a hoot,  and her willingness to answer all my "newbie" questions before my first-ever session last April was a big part of my decision. I needed a little extra help getting over my anxiety with new things, and she was/is great. Visiting orlando from ct on vacation. My son and i decided on lizard lounge to get tattoos while we were here. Mine was a small simple one exactly what i wanted. My son was undecided but gave dave an idea and within 20 minutes had an amazing design drawn right on his arm. It came out incredible. The place was imaculate and the people were awesome. Great shop where you can walk in and have someone talk to you right away. Shop was out of the way but was quiet and clean. My wife and I were in the area on vacation.  We have been looking for a cool shop to get tattoos done to remind us of our kids.  Price was very reasonable for both tattoos. K was very laid back and took care of us without any drama.  She took the design we wanted, drew it up and inked us both within about 1 1/2 hours from start to finish. Was cash only if that is a drawback for you. Worth the drive away from the big city and crowds to get great service and awesome tattoos! We would go back again to get inked again! Read Less
