Called at 12 to make sure they had time for a walk in around 530. I was told they do and to come in. when I got there I was told there was no room and my tattoo idea wasn’t worth it and made fun of me and my idea. He made a comment of “it’s a minimum of $100 for a tattoo are you sure you want to” He continued to joke around and talked down to me questioning if I was even at the right shop and “to get an appointment I had to go through him” not knowing what that even meant I showed him my call history and he threw multiple business cards in an aggressive way saying I called the wrong business and laughing at me and making ignorant comments about the business about how “great” they are. But he was looking at my work number not their business number right above it. Still beyond irritated and annoyed with how I professional he was I left without ever wanting to step foot in there again. If you don’t want to take my business and my money that’s fine with me. Your job is not to belittle clients or tell them it’s not worth it. It may not be worth it to the artist but it may mean a ton to the client which in this case it did. It made me feel stupid about something that meant so much to me. And for that I will never reccomend this shop to anyone. Read Less

If you want watercolor, Disney themed or basically anything colorful Jess is the person to see. From the moment I walked in I was immediately greeted, Jess was actually waiting for me as I had set up an appointment. Even when I was filling out the documentation another girl came and asked if I needed assistance. When Jess was doing the tattoo basically all the other artists came to see what she was working on which I found very cool and showed that they are interested in each other's work. The place is super clean and I also liked that everyone was spaced out so you could carry-on a conversation and feel like you're the only one there. Jess is amazing at what she does and is hysterical, we were laughing basically the whole time yet I managed to keep my leg straight. Everyone that I talked to there was very kind and professional, which was such a relief since it was my first time getting a tattoo. The parlor was clean, organized and had a very laid-back vibe that I thoroughly enjoyed. Most importantly, all of the artists are incredibly talented! If you want a top quality tattoo, or more aptly described, a piece of artwork on your body, I highly recommend Fallen Sparrow. My husband received an astonishingly intricate and beautiful Sisyphus tattoo on his forearm from Legion, and I am working on a full arm floral sleeve from Barythaya. During my consultation with Barythaya she was very attentive, asked questions to clarify what I wanted, and she put together a design that was exactly what I had envisioned in my head. Originally, my appointment was going to be all the way in August, but because the design I wanted would be easy, he moved it up to June for me, which was very nice of him! Fame also took the very rough design I gave him, and made it into something amazing! I was so excited to take my cousin visiting from England here to get tattooed. Normally I go up to Orlando, but thought that maybe now, we had a good place in Kissimmee. My cousin contacted Fallen Sparrow via Facebook and was told to come by for a consultation, so we did. Once we were able to speak to the receptionist (who didn't acknowledge us at all as we were waiting), she laughed that messages via facebook were pointless, making us feel like idiots. I was so embarrassed a...nd felt awful for bringing my cousin. Despite laughing about it being useless, she asked us to pull up the message for her to see, but we couldn't because my cousin used her ipad. Shouldn't be a problem for her to look at the message from the shop's end, right? No. She doesn't have access to the facebook account! Then come the questions. She spoke down to us, patronized us, even though she didn't seem to know what she was talking about. When a tattoo artist came over she looked at him like we were being difficult, but he understood completely what we were saying. After he popped back to the shop, she became sweet as sugar, but the damage was done. Needless to say, we walked out. I can't speak to their tattooing, it seems pretty solid, but customer service was awful. It's such a shame - the receptionist cost one of the artists several hundred dollars and future work from me. I came over to Florida on holiday to visit my family and while I am here I wanted to get a tattoo so I went to Fallen Sparrow and was really impressed with the salon but that's where it ended the woman on the front desk totally put me off she wouldn't listen to anything myself or my cousin was saying I would of spent up to $250 for the tattoo but I will now wait and get it back in the UK!!! I just went yesterday to get my first tattoo and to say that this place is amazing is an understatement. Super professional, very informing, super talented at what they do. It was my first time with the whole tattoo experience and they all made me feel so comfortable. ChiRoc (Sammy) you're effing amazing. I can't stop looking at my tattoo. I will definitely be going back. He had such a light hand. I got it on my foot where everyone said would hurt the worse and I barely flinched. I'm already ready for my next tat next month. If I can give this place no stars I would but apparently I have to click on a star.Now, I just want to say that I have about a total of 9 tattoos all over my body, I moved down to Florida not too long ago and decided to check out this tattoo place that someone suggested for me. I gave my sketch and idea to the artist and he decided to take it upon himself to make something different, the deposit was 150.00 I believe? And he drew the sketch the complete opposite as to how I wanted it to be...3 times...after I told him "that's not what I want..." so after constantly explaining and arguing, I gave up and suddenly the tattoo artist finally gave me what I really wanted, once the work began, he kept making comments when I would cringe (let's be real, tattoos can hurt at times depending on the location) comments such as "hey, you wanted this on your tattoo, you didn't take my suggestion, you wanted it on this spot" cmon....I don't want to hear that! And then I decided to give it a shot again later and get another tattoo done....yea...I dunno why I even bothered, I got the work done, and it looks like it's 5-10 years old, very faded...it's only 3 months old. Went back in, got it redone (for free thankfully) and guess what....looks faded still once again...I'm sorry but I'll never ever come back here ever again. I'll take my business else where. This place is just horrible. Don't listen to the people who say "you pay for what you get". This "tattoo shop" only wants to rip you off. I went in with my best friend looking to get a matching rose tattoo. We told the guy (I forget his name, wasn't worth remembering) we wanted a small realistic blue rose on our ankle and he told us that it would be $150 each tattoo and he wouldn't change his price because the tattoo was a lot of little detail. Reluctantly, we say ok and he started drawing our rose. He comes back with a sketch that doesnt seem realistic at all and when I asked him "Are you sure it's going to look real?" He gives me an attitude and makes a rude comment about how he know what he's doing. Long story short, my tattoo is FAR from realistic. This thing is on my body for the rest of my life and I hate it. My wife and daughter when in yesterday for a quick tattoo, two short words on each of their shoulders.  The work was poorly done, uneven lines and the letters didn't even match in size or shape. It looked like it had been performed by an amateur.  For this work they were charged $120; $60 a piece.  My wife was shocked and my daughter was just glad to have another tattoo, but it was only afterward that they saw how poorly it was done.  They both have other tattoos from world-class artists and I guess this is on us for not vetting the work as well as we usually do or just waiting until we could see our regular shop.  That said, I don't want anyone else to have to suffer through this themselves.  Stay away. The place looks cool.  It is decorated nicely.  It is expensive.  They charge by the hour, rate was $180 what was quoted to us.  Then said it should take about  4 hrs to complete it. I had a good consultation with him. The day of the initial appointment he sketched out a drawing he had in mind and it worked great for me.The day of the appointment we were both ready for a long session! Fame wanted to start and finish the first part of my half-sleeve. Nine hours later we did and it exceeded my expectations!Fame is so down to earth and is into his art. I fall in the category of having a really horrible tattoo which I got about 15 years ago up North. Being embarrassed to show it I decided while I was in Florida on vacation to see if anyone could fix it. After I did a bunch of research, I came up with Fallen Sparrow Tattoo on 192 in kissimmi. What a good decision !!. The artist was Chi Roc Sam and what an artist he is.. He drew up exactly what I had described on the first try and was able to put his artistry on my shoulder and arm. I could not be happier. The shop was as clean as a Doctors Office, very organized and had a super friendly atmosphere. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The artist was knowledgable, down to earth and incredibly talented.. I found the price reasonable considering the work done and worth every penny. THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS!! I went there on 12-13-2014 to get a dermal piercing. I saw on their instagram that they were having a piercing special, $15 for basic and $25 for exotic. The day before I went I commented on their IG post asking if this included dermals, no one responded. So the day I went I called prior and asked if dermals were included in the $25 price, the guy said yes. So I drove 45 minutes out there. When I got there they gave me EVERY excuse in the book as the why the dermal was not exotic, they even accidentally called it exotic once. I ended up paying the $40 because I had already driven all that way. The next day they comment back at me on their IG post saying the $25 DOES include the dermals!! That's so ridiculous!! This shop is just looking to rip you off. The guy who did it probably put $25 in the register and took a $15 tip for himself. I will be calling the shop tomorrow and speaking to the manager. You can't lie to people about something you're advertising. This is extremely disappointing and just wrong!! I was going to talk to them about doing a backpiece when I was done with the piercing, but I pretty much ran out the door once they were done.
