I am on my fourth session of laser and I love it! I can already see the results. The rates are pricey but it is for a true candela laser which is the only machine I've seen results with. Many other places quote cheaper prices but for different machines that don't work like this one (I've tried others). They are always on time for appointments and I am usually in and out quickly. This place is a scam and a con they tell you that they can remove a tattoo but what they leave out is that the process only works after 9 sessions or more each session costing well over $100 this is robbery by fountain pen they will refuse to stop payments if the process does not work the customer service here is non existent don't waste your time its by far the worst experience I've had at any establishment never and i mean never will i come here or bring my gf or family here ever again complete loss of customer trust and following all because of the lack of will to help and work with the customers. The closest thing to a robbery I've ever known in my life. After a session, I stopped the treatment because it does not work. After a session nothing changes and it turns out that despite not having done anything they refuse to stop payments. My tattoo has gone and in only two sessions with another treatment, in less than 2 months, when body details said that I needed more than 9 sessions (at least 1 year), and even where I did the real removal a lot cheaper .. Body Details say: "We do not leave scar and other places does" BIG FAT LIE ...I won't recommend this place for tattoo removal. Read Less

The only negative thing I have to say about body details is that it is a mission to get an appointment. But that is it because the staff are awesome. I don't know how I lived without laser before this. I used to have to shave every 2 days and now I don't shave at all! Since the moment I walked in here I was able to feel extremely welcome. There was a great energy, everyone was smiling and they even greeted me with my name. Alexandra Medrando, the facility director, did my consultation and she is magnificent. She didn't make me feel like an ordinary customer. She made me feel like a friend she hadn't seen in ages.
