This is by far the best shop in Jax! Super clean and professional. I've gotten 2 sleeves, my hand, foot, ankle, hip and above both knees done by Justin and he always does an outstanding job. He's really fast and accurate. There's no chance I'd ever go to a different shop than True Love, I'll exclusively only get tattooed by the staff at this shop! If you want creative, custom, detailed work...go to True Love!

This place is incredible! Not only are the artists friendly and fun, they are true purveyors of good hospitality. From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left they were nothing but confident, competent and professional. My girlfriend, her mother and I all came in after lunch on a Sunday wanting custom pieces done. All three were completed to everyone's utmost satisfaction. I will definitely be coming back down for touch ups on tattoos from other artists. I have gotten tattoos from shops all over the United States and this is by far my favorite. Make this shop your go to for any tattoo needs as you will not find a better atmosphere or standard of cleanliness elsewhere.

My 1st tattoo wasn't that great and needed a touch up with the lining and the fill in and paid a bit over price for it , tried to get a sleeve didn't go that well either , it was his first time trying to do it and ended up doing what he wanted with it and what he felt like, I recommend not to try

I recommend this shop for anyone looking to get a tattoo. The shop is super clean, the atmosphere is great and welcoming, and the artists are amazing. I have gotten tattooed by both Justin and Juan, and I have always been satisfied with the end result. Sometimes, I will go in with an idea and after the consultation, the artist has made changes to the design that make it way better than I anticipated. I have over 25 total tattoos by them and all of them are incredible! True Love has never disappointed me, or anyone else I know who has been tattooed from there!

When I got there they told me that the tattoo that I wanted would be $80 because they start finger tattoos at $100. Β This was totally overcharging. You would think it was at least look amazing. Wrong!...

True Love Tattoo is the only tattoo shop I will ever go to again. The shop is bright and super clean with an open floor plan so you can see everything. I have had both sleeves, a chest piece, both legs, both sides and currently working on a full back piece by Justin and I couldn't be more happy with the end result! Justin and Juan are two of the nicest guys I know, and truly love what they do as artists. So, if your thinking about where to go for your next tattoo, go to True Love!!!! you won't regret it!!!!!!

I've been getting tattooed by Justin and Juan for the better part of a decade now so I'm a little biased but one thing I can attest to is how professional they are with everyday clients/first timers. A lot of shops will make you feel dumb or embarrassed if you want something outside of their specialty or what they usually tattoo but I've personally witnessed Justin and Juan both accommodate people who have never been tattooed or have an idea that won't really work well as a tattoo without making them feel stupid. May seem like a small detail but it goes a long way and is very professional.

Juan is by far the best at what he does! I've been going to him for a couple of years now and without a doubt won't go anywhere else. He's always done such a fantastic job with color scheme and even better line work. Anytime I've had blank ideas, he's always helped me fill them in. I've never been unsatisfied and he's overall a really good dude. Super excited to get my arm finished by him while my fiancΓ© is even more excited to get his started. Truly such an amazing artist!
