Whoever said you didn't trust them... pretty lame.  I've had work done there, so has other people I know personally, and his work is awesome.  He can freehand tats better than most people can by tracing them, his artistic style is fantastic and he actually loves what he does.  I've seen lots of his work, and have heard many people compliment his work as well, his name is well known around the west side of Jacksonville and known for a reason, his work kicks ass!! They have the best artist in town. And they are very clean the owner is a neat freak which is a very good thing they don't reuse contaminated ink. Jimmy is a great artist and does amazing work but i got a tattoo there from another artist and it hasnt even been finished. it has blown out lines and scarring and the more i look at it the more flaws i find compared to all my other work on me. if you go here ONLY get Jimmy to do your work and no one else. I wish i wouldnt had even got this tattoo started now I have to pay another artist to fix someones mess up! Read Less

I wanted to let everyone know about the amazing talent at this tattoo shop. I have been getting tattoos with Jimmy for 4 years. I refuse to go anywhere else because of how amazing my tattoos look and they always turn out better than I hoped. He is not afraid of color, but can also do black and white as well. I have had numerous friends over the years who had atrocious tattoo work done other places. I always tell them that Jimmy can fix it, and they turn out amazing! I had a friend with pretty much a black blob called a butterfly that he covered and turned into an amazing flower and butterfly full of color and life. I don't know why other people are on here saying they don't do a great job. They have always been friendly to their customers and have great prices. They make you feel like family when you are there. I will never go any where else and I will continue to refer all of my friends to him. And by the way..I got a tattoo 4 years ago, and by following his directions (and with his great choices of ink) my tattoo still looks like I got it done yesterday. Colors are still fresh and bright! I also do not have just flowers. I have an anchor, 2 koi, a Japanese mural on my back with a Geisha. He can do more than just flowers and bugs people. Read Less

only go to jimmy if you want flowers or some king of bug that is all he's good at known him a long time and know what he in capable of there is a lot of good artist in jax find another one. your first tattoo or not you should be looking for a artist that can do tattoos that others can't i reccomend 8 th day tattoo just my thoughts. I love this place the service is excellent. it is very classy i love the artwork on the walls.all paintings are for sale! so it is like a tattoo shop and art studio.
