I went here to get a memorial rose tattoo of my deceased daughter. There are very few people I trust with doing my tattoo, but I trusted him. I came as a walk in, was immediately introduced to Stephen Costello who said he'd be with me in a second, an hour passed by and I'm still sitting and waiting, because he's talking his face off to Danny in the back. I told him I wanted a tattoo like the red rose pictured. Instead he did a scarred up rose that I have to walk around with for the rest of my entire life in remembrance of my dead daughter:)! NOT ONLY THAT!!! But he went so deep into my skin I had to see a doctor because of the scarring!!!! The shop owner needs to get onto this guy. I should not have paid 300$ for this crap tattoo, he racked on more hours for me to pay because he took a break to talk his face off for an hour. I've contacted him multiple times to try and fix it up AND STILL NO RESPONSE FROM HIM. but instead I'll just go somewhere else and I'll be contacting someone about this guy. He SHOULD NOT be tattooing PERIOD. 300$ WASTED and a terrible memory of my daughter.

He clearly makes too much money and no longer needs to treat people with common courtesy.

He cleaned up the design I wanted and made it perfect. He was super patient and kind. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Sidney? Cordial professional made me wanna pay this place a visit for my tattoos after talking to some shops being short and kinda rude . Tim cool as hell took care of me after me not being able to make up my mind got me done with what I wanted. Friendly environment got some comic relief in there forgot your name bro but if anyone needs a tattoo and work done definitely pay these guys and gal a visit. I sat and watched 3 or 4 people leave there happy plus my friend and I. .Inksmith & Rogers!!!

Went here 2 years ago and got a chest piece done, ended up loving it so much that I went back today to get another tattoo. Called the night before and they said they can't set an appointment, just walk-in so I waited till they opened the following day. As I walk in there is 4-5 guys sitting around talking to each other so I stand there and wait a couple minutes nobody came over or even acknowledged that I was there. Another 5 minutes go by and still nobody comes over to greet me. There is not a single customer getting work done at this time so there is zero reason for me or anyone else for that matter to be there so long with no help at all. 2 years ago you guys deserved a 20 star review but after today it was hard giving you guys 1 star. Officially lost me as a customer. You guys should get a little better at customer service rather than standing around eating and talking.

I got three diamonds that means a lot to me. The big diamond is my step sister that passed away. Another two small diamond is me and my biological sister. Jordan is a great tattoo artist! Highly recommended to go there and check it out and very priceable!

I spoke with him for less than 5 minutes about a tattoo I wanted, showed him a picture on my phone for less than 30 seconds, told him how I wanted to change it up a bit, and set up an appointment for the next evening. When I walked in for my appointment, he already had the drawing complete and it was better than the original! 2 1/2 hours later I had the most impressive piece of art on my arm! Tim Rocks! I 258% recommend him to anyone! Thank you, Tim! I'll be back!

He's currently doing a traditional Japanese style back piece on me that's turning out nothing short of amazing. Sessions are a breeze as he is a super cool guy who makes it easy to kick back and relax. I would recommend Jeff in a heartbeat to anyone looking at getting new work done. I have many other projects in the pipeline, all of which I plan on letting him take off with!

(When you go to get inked, surprises are not a good thing)Clean tools, and they use proper post after-care procedures. It's great to see a tattoo parlor that doesn't use plastic wrap but an actual bandage! Highly recommend the guys over there for your first or next ink.

I've been going to Jeff Jibran at Inksmith & Rogers for over 10 years. He's a great artist, not just someone who can trace. He's disappointed in Traditional American and Japanese styles. I couldn't be more pleased with the 10+ tattoos I've gotten from him.Year after year, they're all still crisp and vibrant. The colors really stick.Very professional. Everyone is friendly, they have great flash to look at on the walls, and everyone is putting out quality work. They're always busy when I'm there(good sign). Price: Cheap tattoos aren't good & good tattoos aren't cheap. You get what you pay for.Cleanliness: they are so meticulous when they clean up after ever session. I wish most hospital rooms were that clean. Even the bathroom is clean.

Jordan Moore did an amazing job on my tattoo. It came out even better than I expected. Awesome place great atmosphere and cool people. I love, love my tattoo, will definitely go back.

I went a few months back and got matching tattoos with my mom and sister. It was my first and I know I'll be going back to Inksmith for my next. Tim Shafer made the experience enjoyable and he does amazing work. He talked me through each step and helped to calm my nerves. If you're looking for an artist in the Mandarin area I would definitely recommend him.

I enjoyed talking to him and adore my tattoo so over all 0 complaints...just wish i lived in Florida so he can do all of my pieces..Lol..Got my Tattoo a couple of months ago so this is late but a review is needed because my tattoo is so stunning...True talent is hard to find and everyone in this shop is amazing.

Simply put, Jeff Jibran is the man. I looked all around the the southeast USA before finding Jeff's portfolio and I'm extremely happy that I did. He's currently doing a traditional Japanese style back piece on me that's turning out nothing short of amazing. Sessions are a breeze as he is a super cool guy who makes it easy to kick back and relax. I would recommend Jeff in a heartbeat to anyone looking at getting new work done. I have many other projects in the pipeline, all of which I plan on letting him take off with!

(When you go to get inked, surprises are not a good thing)Clean tools, and they use proper post after-care procedures. It's great to see a tattoo parlor that doesn't use plastic wrap but an actual bandage! Highly recommend the guys over there for your first or next ink.

I've been going to Jeff Jibran at Inksmith & Rogers for over 10 years. He's a great artist, not just someone who can trace. He's disappointed in Traditional American and Japanese styles. I couldn't be more pleased with the 10+ tattoos I've gotten from him.Year after year, they're all still crisp and vibrant. The colors really stick.Very professional. Everyone is friendly, they have great flash to look at on the walls, and everyone is putting out quality work. They're always busy when I'm there(good sign). Price: Cheap tattoos aren't good & good tattoos aren't cheap. You get what you pay for.Cleanliness: they are so meticulous when they clean up after ever session. I wish most hospital rooms were that clean. Even the bathroom is clean.
