The piecer at this shop was so rude and disrespectful to my friend and I! We were visiting from out of town. We stopped in to get my friend some new jewelry, and the piercer spoke to us as though we were beneath her! She gave us the price and just assumed that we couldn’t afford it! How rude!! I'll admit ... I was worried. This was my second tattoo and the first hurt like hell (not done here is Jax). Gabriella was wonderful ... I would absolutely recommend her. Even though this tat is larger than my first she made it less painful. Not sure if it was because she was doing a letter at a time or what ... but she has my respect. This was one of the dopest experiences I have ever had. I got two tattoos at GrimmWerks from one of their tattoo artists Cam and he was awesome. First, the owner was very kind and inviting. He made it his business to greet the customers. Second, I found Cams work via Instagram because I was looking for an Attack On Titan piece and I happened to find him.  When I called he was very patient and explained to me what the cost range would be. When I came to place my deposit we talked size and pricing, once again a very stress free experience. The following day my appointment went smooth. Extremely sanitized and safe work environment. He changed gloves and cleaned where I received my tattoos often. And, he made sure I felt comfortable. Definitely going to ONLY go to him for tattoos. They use a unique patch to protect the tattoos for 24 hours and they have a very clear and simple after care regimen. I honestly could not have been any happier. I am a woman of color and he made sure the shading and colors he used in my AOT piece would accentuate my skin tone.
