The lady that did my babies belly ring was awesome and super nice. The lady I guess that was tattooing was super rude and disrespectful. My husband left his phone there we tried to call a few times to see if it was there before we went back which was an hour drive and when she finally decided to answer around 7pm when they don't close to 9 pm she answered in the rudest manner possible. I don't even know how she has clients. I decided to just keep calling my husbands phone and finally someone waiting on a tattoo answered his phone and it was there when she told me our phone was not there. I've had my navel pierced twice before and both were unsuccessful (same place) decided to try again somewhere else (Elite) was kind of nervous since the first 2 rejected. Turns out they did it wrong. I went for the Friday the 13th special. Huge turnout, and half the crowd was asked to return on Saturday. We came back and waited 6 hours. It's a clean, cozy shop, with comfy couches and nice people. They have a TV and music too. I sat on the couch, waiting my turn and crocheted an entire baby blanket. When our turn came, my husband and I both got tattoos done by Joya. Great tattoos come to those who wait! We love our new tattoos: Celtic motherhood symbol for me and Celtic f...ather and son knot for my husband. Joya explained everything about tattoo care, and is a skilled artist. His color work is gorgeous! He was very patient, and let my teen daughter (she was there to get her cartilage pierced) watch as I got my tattoo. I already have my next tattoo in mind! Can't wait to go back! Came in for an industrial piercing and left completely satisfied. The piercer dude had me laughing so hard it made the experience enjoyable and distracted me from the pain.  Went back a few days later and got 4 more piercings. It's a cool little place. Took my wife for a tattoo, she was very specific about what she wanted and was told "no you don't want it exactly like that," to which she replied "yes I do, this is exactly what I want."  Unfortunately she still didn't get what she wanted because the artist did it the way they wanted.  She hates the tattoo and is thoroughly disappointed to say the very least.  This was a horrible experience and we won't be going back.  When someone says they want a specific piece and you as an artist don't want to do it then just say so, don't decide on your own to change what they want because you think your idea is better, try asking first not tattooing first.
