Got my first tattoo today for Friday the 13th I had Derek as my artist. Super sweet I love the tattoo definitely coming back to get my second one with him. I received my first tattoo tonight and Derek did it! I absolutely love it! I called around and did my research and Derek was the one who picked up the phone and said "Cmon girl, come get a tattoo". He wasn't a jerk and wasn't a freak like most people. He also did my sister's tattoo and he did an excellent job on hers as well. We went a little after hours and GP (the owner) was there with us and made us laugh and told us stories. Overall a wonderful place, ask for Derek or GP if you are thinking about getting one. DO NOT GO HERE. First off, let me state that I have never written a bad review for any place in my life, despite any bad experiences I may have had. My experience here was so horrible I couldn't not write one. I hate that I have to even give them one star. The environment is very unwelcoming, the two artists I met were both extremely rude (when they actually did speak) and very obviously had no concern for their customers feeling comfortable. My sister came here to get her son's name tattooed on her wrist and the artist apparently misread the name we gave them for the tattoo. He forgot one of the letters and when confronted he couldn't have cared less. The only thing he had to say was that this happened often and that it was definitely fixable. I will say that he did a decent job fixing it, (the best that could have been done I guess) but it's still obvious that the artist messed up. My biggest issue with this shop isn't even the fact that they ruined a tattoo, but the way that they handled it. I've never met such cocky, arrogant, rude tattoo artists. In my opinion it's important for your tattoo artist to ask questions to know what you want, and make sure you're happy with your end result. This place was such a great find. their prices are extremely reasonable and the guy who did my tattoo, G.P., was VERY talented and nice. the whole place looks awesome with their artwork on their red walls and their art books that show off their talent. I couldn't be happier to have found such a chill place to get some ink. i would suggest this place to EVERYONE. if you want a good tattoo at a good price then this is where you need to go. Read Less
