Julian was amazing! I got my second tattoo from him and it was by far the better of my tattoo experiences. He drew a beautiful original work for me, even though it was small he gave me the attention before hand of if it was a massive piece. When I was actually being tattooed he was professional and kind, and let me reposition it on my arm at LEAST 5 times, and he never minded and was very patient and wanted to get everything just right for me. Also, my tattoo looks amazing and is whimsical and beautiful and tiny lines and he did such a good job. I will for sure go back to him for more! ECW is so different from every other tattoo shop I have ever seen. It is a calming, professional and immaculately clean environment. Recommended by a friend who gets pierced there. I was going in for a tattoo. SUPER clean studio (MAJOR brownie points), not your "typical" place w/drawings on the wall. Goes to assure you they're going to take the time to learn what you want and do their best to give you just that. I told Patrick what I wanted and let him proceed from there, as he is the artist, not me. This is a first class luxury tattoo shop.  I got to be honest, my first impression was, it's a little structured and was questioning myself, is it going to be that good?  Make an appointment and discuss what you are looking for. Make a second appointment to look at and agree upon the design.  Make a third appointment to bang out the tattoo.  Not what I have experienced in the past, walk in, select something out of a catalog or have them create something on the spot and drill.  I knew what I wanted (Leo Constellation with a water color lion on top) and had an idea in mind.  I reviewed the artists and decided to work with Patrick.  He knew exactly what would look best in regards to detail and colors against my skin tone.  Man, his picture he created on the iPad looked sick!  His tattoo, even better! I literally looks like brush strokes from and oil painting.  I could not be happier.  The whole experience has been amazing.  Yes it took three weeks to complete but well worth the time.  Not to mention they have healthy snacks, comp drinks (non alcoholic), it's extremely clean (I can appreciate it as I manage a luxury resort) and their sound system is incredible.  This is the new benchmark for me in regards to a tattoo shop and will absolutely recommend and come back and see Patrick again.  Let's talk about Patrick, salt of the earth, well traveled, brilliant artist.  Listen to his suggestions, he is truly an expert at his craft.  Thanks Patrick!  Will absolutely be back!  The pictures are his initial iPad design, the sketch and right after he finished.  Will update with another picture in a couple of weeks once healed. Patrick was a total professional. He listened carefully to what I wanted and gave me thoughtful suggestions to make my tattoo the absolute best. Don't know where to start with this place. It's hands-down the best tattoo experience you could ask for. The artists are meticulous about their work and hygienic to the point of obsession... because they expect the best and deliver on that promise. They've definitely set a high bar for what should be the expected standard in both cleanliness and quality. The shop itself is pretty unique. You can tell they've put a lot of love into it and it results in a very chill and relaxed... atmosphere. Patrick Raymond has done work for both me (original artwork) and my boyfriend (difficult cover-up). We couldn't be happier with the results. Absolutely stunning work; you can tell he puts his heart into every piece. Extremely easy-going guy, he makes the sessions completely stress free. They go by like it's nothing. Moreover, he's constantly looking for new ways to improve his process and therefore the customer's experience by implementing new technology. Hats off to him. Don't expect good customer service here or expect them to listen to your feedback. After posting a mildly negative review of their poor customer service on their Facebook, I was harassed via email. They also tried to discredit the things I said on Facebook about my experience. They also deleted my original comment and amended theirs for my "privacy" They threatened to post recordings they had of me publicly! This place was really awesome, clean, and well kept. I drive three hours to get tattooed by Patrick and it was definitely worth it and I'm absolutely coming back. My tattoo artist was friendly and made me feel welcomed. He also fixed up my tiny ghost tattoo that the first tattoo artist completely butchered and renewed it amazingly! 10/10 would recommend! TJ worked with me to create a tattoo from three dichotomous items. He transformed them into exactly what I have been trying to figure out on my own the last 5 years; a delicate vision of triumph that is beautiful. ECWT staff is incredibly personable and the facility is modern and clean. I was incredibly touched when I was escorted to my car after an evening session. What an amazing place. Both my husband and I have been tattooed here in the past and today we returned with our five year old daughters to get their ears pierced for the first time. Honestly, given my past experience, there is no where else that I would trust with my little girls. James was incredible. So patient, funny, kind and caring. It's obvious how much he enjoys his job and how serious he takes it. Most places you might go to pierce a kids ears it's just a day job for some twenty something with an hour of training. James truly treats every step of the process with the utmost respect and understood what a big deal this was for these tiny little girls.
