This place doesnt even deserve one star. Got my smiley done by Lauren, she rushed me in and out within 5 minutes, and didnt give me any info on the piercing or the aftercare thereof. She did not line it up at all and just stabbed the piercing spot abruptly and ended up piercing me in the completely wrong area. The piercing fell out after five mins of leavinge the shop, due to her not screwing on the balls right. I had to go to Doc Of Roc in ocala, trusted piercing place of mine, for them to fix her mistakes. If you ever want to get a piercing go there. When i went in to locomotive with a medical concern for the piercing, Lauren made a huge scene in front of all the customers, including one of the people she was in the middle of tattooing!! Completely unprofessional, a mistake was clearly made not taken responsibility for. This piercing is supposed to be super easy and not painful at all, while it was EXTREMELY painful for me. They wont give me their managers number or email either. Its scary that they have been piercing people without of the knowledge that you are supposed to line up the smiley piercing before stabbing them. Please just make the drive to ocala, to have a safe and comfortable piercing. Read Less

Came in last minute for 5 tattoos on 5 different people! You guys fit us in short notice without a hitch.We had katherine and becca work on us and they totally out did themselves. Amazing!!! Had the Daith piercing done by Lauren...she's so awesome!!! Literally in and out in less than 15 mins. I'm planning to get one of my tattoos touched up and added on to in the near future and my husband will be having his next tattoos done here as well!!! Read Less

Lauren did my tongue piercing, and made me feel comfortable and it painless. Lauren also did an absolutely wonderful job on my sister and Is tattoos.
