I had such an awesome time meeting Steph. She is a real down to earth gal. Her work is amazing and I’m definitely going back to her for more tattoos and letting my friends know as well. She took the time to get every detail of my tattoo perfect.

Try and find another tattoo artist that does all my work freehand enough said she is the best of the best end of story if he get tatted somewhere else that's your mistake

Stephanie made both feel at home while we had the pleasure of hanging out with her as she set up our designs and the tattooed us. I can't wait to come back and see her again. Awesome woman right here.

Would definitely avoid this place. Very unprofessional. Knocks down other tattoo shops. This shop should look at themselves. Other places do not contact plain about the owner. I am having a lot of problems with the tattoos I got here. My doctor says I have had a lot of ingrown hair follicles because she didn't shave off the hair before doing the work. Just to let you know I not only go to Tip Top but I go to several others and they have offered to redo or cover up the tattoos you did on me. By the way I understand you were fired. You are nothing but a very nasty person. Be more professional and keep your mouth shut. They do not tell me what to do nor do you.

Stephanie is the best! This was my first tattoo and yes I was very nervous. She took the time to let us change and tweak my tat several times. Her customer care skills are top notch! After being there for a bit I was no longer nervous and I left with exactly what I wanted..a GREAT tattoo! I highly recommend going to see her. Thanks again Stephanie!!!

Took my 17 yr old son for a tat for a christmas gift. NO ONE would do it because he didn't have a state I.D. I found her shop by accident, It was the best thing I did. Stephanie was GREAT. Helped...
Took my 17 yr old son for a tat for a christmas gift. NO ONE would do it because he didn't have a state I.D. I found her shop by accident, It was the best thing I did. Stephanie was GREAT. Helped me get the notary done. Clean place private, felt very relaxing, like being at a friends house. A homeless man came up and started asking about getting a tat for himself, we saw that he was not all up there. She took her time to talk to him and told him to come back for a discounted tat. She's a great person GREAT artist . She will be the only one do ever do my tats. LOVE HER THANKS STEPHANIE your the best. You made my son very happy. I recommend her very highly. We even hung out after and talked. So cool down to earth woman LOVE HER
