Aside from the fact that the owner is a complete jerk when it comes to gift certificates the place was dirty and as far as I can tell the needles were not kept in a sterile environment. Very bad tattoo. Not only was my design completely different it was a different color than what i wanted. Did not fully shave the area and there was deep scarring. Very bad line work and colouring outside of the line. Tattoo was rushed and I do not recommend this place to anyone. Mistake on me for the rest of my life. Read Less

Before i went I did read comments people warning me about bleeding of color ..infection..and other complaints. I wish I listened. Tattoo colors blead and chunks came off..of my tattoo..300.00 paid for embarrassment. Ive never seen anything like this. I should have known when noone could freehand and took over an hour to add what I asked to add to the print..nd couldnt give what I wanted originally. They complained about adfing longer hair on my mermaid bevausevthey couldnt im...provise. My scales I asked for green and blue..only got green..but after all that it wahed away..lost color smeared..chunked off.. I highly recommend Marla shes very talented an all around awesome person. Her work is amazing ive had plenty of tattoos done else where but ill never let anyone do my ink now besides Marla.  I highly recommend her for great ink!!! I walked in wondering if they were able to redraw something I found online as my first tattoo and I was attended by Michael, the owner, of Electrik Krayon. He told me to print out what I had in mind and he would have it drawn out by the next day. Sure enough, I came with a few friends for support and it was beautiful. I'm not a tattoo specialist, but I've had several tattoos done, and never has one healed so badly as this one. It was a pretty small tattoo to begin with, in an easy to reach area, the tattoo has bad scabbing and scar tissue and blisters are already starting to show after only 1.5 weeks, it still feels sore to the touch, again, nothing like any tattoo I have gotten with other artists or studios, EVER, what's worse is I took my sister in law to get a matching tattoo and this was her first ever, not happy, and the regretful thing is, with tattoos there's no going back. I usually go here for all of my tattoos and piercings. I went about a year ago and got a tattoo on my foot (in the picture) done by Marla and wow it is hideous. It was suppose to be two hearts connected.. Simple. I don't know how she managed to mess it up. Marla seriously needs to stop working there! She completely damaged my tattoo for something that was suppose to be so simple. I wanted very thin line triangles they were completely sloppy lines she tells me we are done. I was like hell no that's all sloppy so she thickened the lines and was so aggressive they left me scars on my lines and I have a 3D UGLY TATTOO WORK! Have only gotten one piercing done here, but I've had three other friends get theirs done here. The location is not ideal but the shop itself is very clean and the people who work there are very friendly. They make you feel comfortable. I had the female piercer and she was fantastic. It was not a good experience at all!!! I came in a few days prior on what to expect on my halfsleeve that was screwed up on by a previous artist. Mike talked a big front saying he could get a lot done in a certain amount of time. So I put in for two hours and he screwed up on a few of my outlines though he did enhance one of my pieces to my half sleeve by putting more detail to my flower but that was it. I believe he paid attention to one part of my sleeve just to rip me off. Plus I didn't like that he kept clearing his throat and coughing around my arm while he was working on it. Jennifer is right the artist are a bit cold.. But in a good way, they are very straight up, honest and they really do care about the art they put on you. I just got my first tattoo there on 8-25-07 and its just a little cherry skull.. I wanted to get something really big and extreme but the tattoo artist there calmed me down and told me i should put more thought into it instead of just putting everything on my body lol.
