I went to Erika at pleasures of the flesh for a piercing. She was the most knowledgeable technician I’ve ever worked with. I originally went in to get a genital piercing redone (a Christina piercing) that I had years ago and she saw my anatomy was not conducive and that the piercing tech should have never done that piercing on me in the first place. I had a piercing here several years ago and had a great experience, so when my mom wanted to get her ear cartilage pierced I took her there. We were helped by Rogan who does piercings there, and he was absolutely wonderful! Got in for a small tattoo on a Sunday, without an appointment. As soon as my friend and I walked in we were greeted, the friendliness in the shop was fantastic! I’ve been to PLENTY of tattoo shops in the area and this one was the MOST welcoming! Marcos was my tattoo artist, he gave his opinion on what he recommends prior to starting, he went and drew it up for me took me back and we started. I am so glad he had availability! My cousins and I went here recently to get our first tattoos and had an amazing experience. Mike was the one who did them and he was very nice, professional and explained everything he did which really helped calm the nerves. I just graduated with my RN degree and passed my state boards, so I wanted to commemorate the occasion. Erica was friendly and super nice. Erica asked me where I wanted to  get my piercing gave me all my options and let my teenage sons watch.  She was honest too which is always nice when you are piercing your nose.The tattoo place is very very clean!! I went here for a septum piercing and it was such a fantastic experience!! Jade was so welcoming when I walked in. She explained the different kinds of jewelry and helped me pick the perfect piece and recommended the proper cleaning solution. Rogan did the piercing. The actual piercing process was amazing! Not only is he super quick and professional, but he's very conversational and calming throughout the whole process. Jade sat in on the appointment as well, and it felt like hanging out with friends. It made the whole experience of getting an extra hole poked through my face very relaxing. It was so great, my sister and I went to dinner and then went back so she could get her septum done too!!Apart from liking these guys as people, the shop is super clean, proper sanitary procedures are meticulously followed, the staff is professional and knowledgeable, and the prices are affordable. This place is top notch. Clean, organized, professional and have an excellent staff. I came in for a last minute septum piercing after a horrible experience at another shop that won't be mentioned. Very clean and welcoming environment. I went here yesterday for the first time as a walk-in and got right in. Originally was going to re-pierce my cartilage (helix) because it had been out for years. Turns out it was still open (had no idea- wasnt able to get jewlery in it at home- guess it just needed a little help lol)! So decided to get my tragus pierced! Erica was amazing! She was very thorough on giving u options for the jewlery, explaining cleaning details, healing proc...ess/length, when to come back for shorter jewlery, etc. I was expecting it to hurt like hell because i had a bad experience with the last piercing (my tongue) that I got from another shop (I know better to go here from now on!!!). I took my son here for his very first tattoo (and mine, I watched) yesterday. It was such an amazing experience. The staff was very personable and inviting. It's a VERY clean shop, which being in the medical field that is VERY important to me! My son verbally told Rob the ideas of what he wanted and Rob more than exceeded what we even imagined it would look like. It was a tattoo to memorialize my mother. I rate this low because of our "artist." Chris did our tattoos. In the middle of the tattoo, he said he was going to place a few orange dots in certain areas of the tattoo. Well, he is the artist (what I was thinking). He put in the "dots" which ended up a circle. It was a glow of light source, he said. NEVER did I want ANY type of circle on my tattoo. It crushed me because this was a very intimate tattoo that my husband and I was getting & on our wrists even, thus it cannot be hidden. I am VERY disappointed in our tattoos. I not only spent $422.17 in this place, but also spent many tears after. I think it is a very amateur tattoo and nothing can be done because it is permanent. The business itself has a professional atmosphere and was very clean. Still so upset, I have tears in my eyes just writing this looking down at my tattoo. Read Less

This is a great place, staff is AMAZING, cannot ask for more professional atmosphere and conduct. The sterile and medical techniques are impecable. I have several friends that are truly devoted to this place because of the talent of the tattoo artists BUT.....the piercing is very very overpriced. I didn't balk too much for the initial piercing I got (I got two at the same time) because I knew the rep they had for being the best. My issue is that for almost $200 which did include the jewelry I chose, I was charged another $40 + for them to change the post out once the piercing is healed..the jewelry they use is the kind that cannot be removed on your own, you must have them do it.  Not cool.  I didn't know this upfront and I am disappointed that they would charge such a price for a piercing and then have the nerve to ask for more money so you can simply remove the jewelry. This is just an honest opinion good and bad both expressed. Read Less

This place is the best the staff is great and fun to be around, if you not secure feeling with needles this is the place to go, they reassure you COMPLETLEY whats going to happen and they just talk to you and calm you down. 1st tatt i got there and my ONLY tatt...it was great i was so nervous but the gentleman we just got into deep convo and before i knew it i was done. Same with my "rook" piercing i was scared cuz i HATE needles and i KNOW it was going to hurt but actually it didnt..i felt quite good afterwards and the healing process has gone wonderful for me...and i want to get another "rook" in my other ear ASAP...might even go after i am done with this review :-) you ALL are the greatest there...Thanks So mcuh...JKS Read Less
