I absolutely love this shop. The first time I had gone in was last December to get a piercing done. Robert was there and he was very professional about the whole thing and explain the whole after care process. He also did a daith and conch piercing for me. It went pretty well because I was nervous about getting them done in those areas. In February I went in to get my first ever tattoo and GB did an amazing job. It was better then what I had in mind so I definitely loved it. This past Tuesday I got my second one, also done by GB. He did such an amazing job and I get tons of compliments on it. I did get to meet Erica as well. She swapped out my jewelry from older piercings that weren’t healing properly because of the jewelry. Robert the owner did my piercing 4 weeks ago and he is very professional and explained everything to me. Followed up with an email and a phone call to make sure I was happy and that the piercing was ok. Got my first tattoo from Savannah yesterday evening. It was in remembrance of my father. I got pierced by Codi at Needful Things a few weeks ago and the entire process was fun and at my speed. I was visiting Ft. Myers for vacation and he made sure to warn me of the risks of getting a piercing on vacation. Erica did an amazing job. I was very nervous it was my first piercing she assured me it would be less than what I'd imagined she was right. She gave all information on how to care for it and clean it. Had gotten a tattoo from the other tattoo shop nearby and ended up with a terrible mess on my ankle, well I walked into needful things and talked a bit with GB, the place had a great/ clean atmosphere so I ended up getting my boyfriend a tattoo that night which looks fantastic for a decent price, I just had to come back the very next day to fix up mine, GB took twice as long as the original artist to work on my tattoo and he charged me less then she did, he took his time and had completely redone it. I was so pleased with the place that I decided to also get two piercings done! Piercing went smoothly and Codi did a amazing job! Great sense of humor which helped ease my mind. Just wanted to say Cody is probably one of the best piercers ever. I got my nose pierced by him back in may 2017 & I’ve been very happy with it since. I literally walked out of here ten minutes ago and I can't even explain how happy I was with the customer service! Codi was AMAZING! I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to get a piercing done! He was quick, professional, explained to me what was going to happen step by step and he made me feel so comfortable! GB did an amazing job!!! He drew up an awesome Hogwarts silhouette tattoo for me and I love everything about it. He was super professional and made the entire experience great! I just had my first session with Savannah for a rather large piece on my thigh that has tremendous significance to me. Her creative interpretation of my design concept was better than anything I could have imagined and it was clear that she spent time really considering my tattoo and the part of my life that it represents. Everyone is very professional here and does amazing work with a variety of styles! The shop is clean and the artist are super friendly! I came in for a piercing and ended up leaving with a tattoo instead, my first one at that, and my artist was very understanding and very helpful! Been in the shop before. And love it. Booked an appointment. The girl who answered the phone and took my appointment was very rude but the artist turtle and piercer Cody were amazing. Got ink done and also got my nosed pierced. The guys were welcoming and accommodating. We were the only ones in the shop and my friend and I were amazed by the hospitality. Savannah (hope that's spelled right!) did my friend and I's tattoo, and she really made us feel very welcome and comfortable. There's a lot of times where I feel very awkward and stupid in tattoo shops and she made me feel the exact opposite of that. Our ideas were pretty vague and she really put her own style and opinions to it to make it perfect. 10/10 would come again! My boyfriend and I recently went in to this establishment to get some new ink.I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness,friendly customer service,extent of knowledge and the endless jewelry selection.Even though they we're quite busy they still took the time to talk to us at some length.The tattoo artist,I believe his name was Chris,was truly helpful and put us at ease with his smiley sense of humor.It was refreshing to find a shop that pushed custom work and guaranteed it at that.I will definitely be back & and will be bringing all my friends with me.
