Well i got walk-in service. People were nice. Artist did not listen to me. Did her own thing. My tattoo is actually hideous, not symmetrical, and there is zero cohesion. I wanted water color...it looks like dirt paint water spilled on me. Mixed with a skin disease. Black lines are not steady at all. Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a tattoo shop. Got 2 tattoos done and one was seriously botched. I contacted the shop to get it redone and was told that if I wanted to get it redone that I had to pay. I was also told that the “manager” was having a baby and frankly didn’t care if I got my tattoo fixed. This tattoo was overpriced as is and the quality is absolutely horrendous. I called the store multiple times and was put in touch with Lucciano Giattino who offered to do mine again. We made a set appointment and he never showed up to do my tattoo and has been ignoring my texts for a month now. Had two piercings done by the shop and they had come out fine. After the recent passing of my sister though I had decided to come in for my first tattoo in Oct, it was just barely bigger than a quarter, The lady told me it would cost $109 which wasn't a problem with me because you get what you pay for and I expected a high quality tattoo. Well the tattoo took the girl less then ten minutes to do including color and another man had came over and inspected it telling her it looked good. What I ended up getting was a poor quality tattoo that definitely wasn't worth the price. I was a loyal customer and expected this to be my favorite tattoo shop, now though I feel as though I have been poorly treated and overcharged. I had to take it to the tattoo shop nearby which cost $100 to fix the mistake which turned a quarter sized tattoo into a $209 dollar tattoo because of how poor the quality was. Sadly I know I will never get the money back but I highly recommend that everyone should take their business to the other nearby tattoo shop in downtown. It took the artist there about twenty minutes to fix up the tattoo when the original artist at articulture only took 10 minutes, he had completely redone the shading, linework, and even made the semicolon larger which turned a 10 year old's lazy attempt into a heartfelt tattoo. I moved to the Fort Myers area 6 years ago and came to their shop to have a coverup done. Not only did they do an AWESOME job fixing someone else's terrible work but I have continued to have them do all my ink. Took my mother in law here to get her first tattoo and my third tattoo. By far the best tattoo shop I have stepped foot in! Bear did an amazing job on me & my mother in laws tattoos. Very friendly and professional and checked on us frequently throughout the entire sitting. The whole shop is very family oriented, no crazy looks as we walked through the door with my 8 month old daughter. We will most definitely be returning to Articulture in the future. :) Read Less

I already had the upper portion of a girl I got many years ago but wanted to turn her into a mermaid and have other things added. I gave Mike my Idea and with just a little difficulty only due to my position of the girl I already had, designed this sick ass tattoo. He invisioned exactly what I wanted plus. Outstanding work Mike! I can't wait for him to do the coloring. The studio in a whole is awesome. Good people, and they have everything you need. Got the cover up I've been wanting for years. The artist talked with me and kept in contact for weeks. When I got there I had a few changes and he worked with me. I looked for different shops in Cape Coral and Ft. Myers, and this shop and it's artists portfolios stood out the most, namely Mike Fernandez. We went down and he was in the middle of an amazing tattoo,which only made up my mind that I wanted him to tattoo me. I waited for a few hours for him to finish. It was so worth the wait. He was clean and professional and took his time. He was only able to finish the outline that night, and I went back 2 weeks later to get color. It is the best tattoo I have and he is awesome! This was done a week ago. Horrible. I have over 9 pieces and have never had an issue like this. And it looks like my 4 yrs old did it. Never again. Update another week has passed and I have two black holes on my wrist! She went so deep it's cruel. She really took some frustration out on me.
