STAY AWAY! I went in for a tattoo with Chris, and all he did during the tattoo session was sexually harass me and even tried grabbing my wrist to kiss me. Not only was he inoppropriate and unprofessional, he was so distracted with his intensions he messed up my tattoo with uneven lines and blown out points. After the tattoo was done he proceeded to text his “sexual intentions” not knowing how to take NO for an answer. I was appalled. Even though he was clearly embarrassed that I declined his advances, he kept trying. As the tattoo was healing I noticed more and more mistakes on his part. I texted him multiple times giving him the opportunity to work with me and correct his errors, but he ignored the messages and never responded. I contacted the shop owner Julie, who seemed to be helping me get the help I needed to correct his errors but after multiple attempts my feelings were that she was pretended to care. She kept saying this and that would be done but I’d never hear back from her. I always had to be the one following up. I did not get any help and every attempt I made, which was multiple, were ignored and pushed aside. Eventually I got a text from Miguel, the supposed shop manager, saying he was going to fix it. I set up a time with him to go over details. Went to the shop on that day, and he wanted me to lift my top in his room while he had another customer lying down to get tatted. This was as unprofessional as the previous situation and I had requested another space to show him. After that humiltating experience I didn’t hear from him about what was going to be done, and I was left being the one always following up with him. He then told me he’s dumping me onto another tattoo artist, Vic. I was told then that I had an appointment at a specific time and day with out ever being asked if that day/time worked for me. Almost two months later, I went to the shop to meet Vic. Miguel greeted me but proceeded to ignore my presence and seemed to be more interested in whatever he was doing on his phone. With an unprofessional manner he told me Vic wasn’t in yet and it seem to really not bother or matter to him. I requested some ideas on paper to review and discuss about how this was going to fixed and never got any drawings of the corrections or call/text from Vic as promised. He again shrugged and said he’ll draw it on you. While I was looking for Julie’s phone #, Miguel came out and said I wasn’t going to be very happy and 15 minutes after my appt was suppose to take place I was told Vic wasn’t coming in. I called Julie and she again didn’t seem to care but said she’d call Miguel and get back to me. He later came out and handed me a cash refund which wasn’t even the full amount. Not only did they waste almost two months of my time when I could have gotten this fixed somewhere else, they laughed it off like I was the problem. This place is beyond unprofessional. I doubt I’m the first female Chris or any of the guys there have sexually harassed. The owners obviously don’t care. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and posting this review everywhere I can. I will never go to another Tattoo Shop in a Mall or one owned by someone who does not even tattoo. I advise you to look for another tattoo shop. Save your money and your time by avoiding these unprofessional bigots. Why some tattoo wanna be artists think any female sitting in their chair is a piece of meat is beyond me! Maybe they think this act will cover up their terrible work. Read Less
