His very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what to expect during and after the procedure. Really great experience from start to finish! I followed Lucas on Instagram for awhile, until I decided to email him about an idea I wanted. He was super quick to respond, and kept up with the emails until my appointment date! Walked in with a friend who didn't have an appointment, and decided he wanted a tattoo too, so Lucas fit him in right before me which was super sweet! I was looking at all the shops around the area, went to two places nearby tattoo blues which told me I would have to make an appointment to get my tattoo done. I finally arrived at this third shop, the place was great, I went in around 8 pm on a Sunday. Met this guy called Fabio aka “Mean Machine”. The guy had flown in from New York just the night before and said he tattooed with blue for over 5 years before leaving for New York. Now he is back for good, what a wonderful soul this guy had. Mean machine rocks!! My friend got her tattoo done first of an anchor and a heart on her ankle. Very simple and he nailed it. On a Friday morning over breakfast, my friend and I decide to get piercings. So we drive over to Tattoo Blues, mostly because they were the only tattoo/piercing shop that was open at the time. I decided to get my helix pierced and was quite nervous since the last time I got my ears pierced I was probably 6 months old in my pediatricians office. Anyway, Lucas did an amazing job! This tattoo shop was located within walking distance of the Sonesta! They are open till 2AM and are so awesome. My cousin went to get her first tattoo and they had so much patience with her throughout the entire process. They started off by duplicating what she wanted and printing the exact thing out onto an inked template. They then placed it exactly where she wanted it to see exactly how it would look and made changes before the actual ink was tattooed on. Lincoln nailed every little detail to the dot. Really didn't feel welcomed very unreasonable prices!! Money is never an option when it's something I want.. But when you've been treated like family at another shop and come to this one and they tell you an outrageous price for a simple Jewlery change that would've taken 5 mins.. First tattoo and very happy with my experience here. Very clean, professional and talented. He drew my tat until it was perfect. I had mine done with Lincoln and he did his best to make sure I was well taken care of. During the tattoo he'd stop and check to see if I needed a break and I never took one.
