I LOVE my tattoo. It's a heart with a paw overlapping and it's right above my ankle. Kevin was my artist and he did a wonderful job of incorporating my dog's name too. This shop is clean and well run. The pain factor was minimal and Kevin checked several times with me to make sure I was OK. Went in the store around 5 after calling and being told the piercer would be in at 5. After arriving promptly at 5, were told the piercer was on her way. We talked to the employees at the store, and set up what felt like an appointment around 8:30. I was told they would touch base to confirm my appointment. Never received any contact, and arrived at 8:30. Every employee mad eye contact, including the lady who took my information. Nobody said a thing or acknowledged us. Needless to say after waiting 15 minutes, I left without a piercing. Will not be returning. Read Less

My father went here for a tattoo. Had a scheduled appointment. Was taken in late. Sitting in chair with stencil on. In walks two woman for a piercing. The artist decides to leave him sitting in the chair. He says I am going to take care of those ladies real quick and be right back. Left the him sitting for over a hour. The man for the tattoo proceeded to get up in leave. I don't blame him. Especially being a repeat customer or I should say WAS. Came here on a whim. Lani was my artist and was amazing. She took care of my aunt, cousin and friend. She was super gentle (especially w my first timer aunt who was super nervous) and more importantly did beautiful work on everyone. Highly recommended! Read Less

Just got my first tattoo here today. I was really nervous, and Jeff was super chill about it. They quickly found a font that I liked. I got a small scripture reference on my back, and it's pretty and elegant. Lines are perfect. They're professional, clean, and well priced. Definitely would go back for my next one. Read Less

Joshua was amazing. I went in to get pierced without an appointment and he took me in during his break. He was not judgmental whatsoever and I felt very comfortable around him and the staff.
