I've gotten both of my tattoos done here, my first one by Jake and my second one was done by Alex, and I'll never go anywhere else! It's a clean, fun and lighthearted environment and everyone that works here is so talented. I constantly get compliments on my tattoos and I never hesitate to send people their way. Just left feeling very uncomfortable and weird. I came in to get a very sentimental tattoo that I've been wanting for years. The lady artist seemed very nice at first and I was actually excited to get my tattoo until she seemed liked she got an attitude when I asked her to touch up the first drawing. Then when she came to show me the second drawing and asked about my coloring I was told I should have black instead of blue because if I didn't it'd be an ugly blob. So now standing outside clearly upset I tell her I don't think I'm going to get it and she shut the door in my face knowing I had to come in and get my I.D. which she gladly gave me when I opened the door and walked back in. 👎🏼🙄 Read Less

I got my cover up tattoo by Jake and hands down he is the best artist. He made me feel comfortable and was laughtling with me when my headset died and then I put in Netflix. I got a tattoo done for my daughter at another shop that my sister recommended me to. He did a terrible job and I was very upset. 3 days after I got it done I went to Untouchable Ink and talked to Alex. He took his time and talked to me and knew what I wanted to do to fix it. 3 weeks later I went in and he was able to straighten the lines, fill in the spotchiness and add color where needed, fix a few spots, and even lighten a few areas. He made it look a million times better. I was so upset before and I was in tears but I absolutely love my butterfly with my daughter's name now. Thank you so much. You did an amazing job! I discovered untouchable ink on the internet. I randomly wanted a tattoo. So I went in and met Panda. She did a cute piece to help show my love for my dog. I told her what I wanted and she nailed it!!! I also needed a cover up done on an all black tribal tattoo. Jake took my tribal dragon and turned into a beautiful tropical floral piece. He is truly talented and I couldn't be happier with the results. All of the artists are very nice and they make you feel like you're a friend and not a guest. I can wait to get my next tat done!!! I won't go anywhere else for a tattoo. I know when I go in that I will be taken care of, shop is very clean and everyone is always very friendly and helpful. The artists there are very professional but extremely light hearted and keep you laughing. Love my dainty wrist tatt by Ben! He took the time to sit with me and understand what I wanted out of my tattoo. I did not get a tattoo here, so I don't feel comfortable giving them only 1 star when I can't rate the whole experience--however, I would give them 1 star for attitude. I gave them a picture in advance that I wanted, but when I showed up the day of, the final product was not at all what I wanted. We tried to fix it, but no result was satisfactory for me. I was told that the problem was that it wasn't possible to make the picture look the same at the small scale I wanted, and without shading, etc. All that I can accept. What I did not appreciate was the attitude. The woman who was working on this design was extremely rude to me the whole time. As I'm not an artist, it was difficult for me to pinpoint what the issue was, but no matter what kind of critique I tried to give, she was critical of it, snippy, and just generally rude. What am I supposed to do, get something I don't like tattooed to me? Can I not expect some tinkering, some collaboration maybe on making it something I, the customer, am happy with? Did I do something wrong? I think it's perfectly reasonable to make changes on the design, and if that proves to be impossible, I don't blame the artist--but we could come to that conclusion without treating me with such disrespect.
