Steve is very informative and knowledgeable, he was never trite, jaded nor condescending to me. His insight proved most valuable and I love his art work. He started my sleeve, and although I am no New York, Art Connoisseur, I know what I like and he is the best at making my art Fine and making me comfortable. I got my first tattoo yesterday and I thought getting one on the ribs would be the worst pain I've had and honestly it was not painful...yes,I tenses up some of the time but not a single tear or screa...

These guys do awesome tattoo work, but their customer service sucks big time. I guess since they are so popular they probably feel they don't need to provide good customer service.
