Artist was so heavy handed I didn't even want him to do shading. Outline wasn't even very straight. Owner was obviously unorganized and may or may not have been drinking tequila while showing people where to go during the (not that busy compared to anywhere else) Friday the 13th sale. The fact there was no ID'ing of anyone just made me question the cleanliness. Sadly wish I would have had Rio, maybe I would have had a better experience. Just wanted to check out the new local shop to see if maybe I'd want to come here for some tattoos sometime. Can say I'm on Main Street everyday and won't be back here again. Read Less

I just got my first tattoo from Rio and she is amazing! Everyone at Victory Tattoo is so welcoming and they make you feel like an old friend. I had a lot of questions but Rio was happy to answer them and it seems as though she really enjoys what she does.
