I am on vacation here and wanted to go to a piercing shop to get a hoop for my conch piercing. Well I searched for a piercing shop and Revival came up with excellent reviews. I walked into the shop and it was so clean! I was happy because the reviews were correct about that. The reason why I'm giving one star is because of the receptionist at the counter. It was busy when I walked in and there were two people ahead of me but they were together. She went to the copier to copy their IDs, came back and gave them their paperwork so they could fill it out. She stood there and looked at me like why are you in here and went back to looking at the two young ladies filling out their paperwork. She didn't ask me not one time "How can I help you". I got irritated and annoyed all at the same time and walked out. I couldn't believe that happened and was very very disappointed. I wanted to go back today for a tattoo but I'm going to pass and go somewhere else. I stopped in to buy a new belly ring. Eventually I bought two rings because the prices are outstanding compared to NJ prices! I stayed longer than I anticipated because I was mesmerized by the shops cleanliness and creativeness! I was so impressed by the staffs humbleness and hospitality that I stopped by a few days later and got a new piercing (forward helix) which is healing beautifully! I highly recommend this shop! Today I went here and got my 2 year olds ears pierced. I didn't get the guys name but he was great (really long beard). He was so sweet to my daughter and even had gummy bears for her when she was done. He did a super through job and I couldn't have been more impressed with him. The shop seemed really clean. So nice! We walked in and they were so polite. I just needed to replace a ball that fallen out of my gauge. Usually where I live they make you purchase another earring that is the same gauge size. But they offered to just replace the ball with another. They have a great selection. He replaced the ball and closed up the gap and off I went. I'm from Atlanta and most tattoo parlors are run by snobby little hipsters that think they created the tattoo. And then they give you attitude for being there. They will even give attitude when talking to you. As if they really gave a crap about you but they are forced to talk to you because your not going anywhere. And then they love criticizing other artists works. But I never felt that way when I walked in. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Thank you for your help guys! Very nice people. I had come in from out of town and I had lost the ball that went inside my earring. Usually where I live they make you pay for a entire set. But they were so sweet and suggested to just replacing the ball. No questions asked. The guy was super fast and very nice. When in months ago to inquire about a cover up. The artist was busy tattooing at the time which is understandable. Especially with me being a walk in.He had his assistant , who looked and acted as if she didn't want to bothered, draw the shape of my tattoo out, and take down my information.The artist sad it may take a week or so before he was able to take my ideas and see what he could do.Well it's the end of October  and that was back in May.I will track anyone down to give them my business, time or money. My girlfriend and I were looking for a place in the Orlando area to get something done together and I found this place online, as it had the best reviews. Believe them people. This place gets 5 star reviews for a reason. All of the artists are funny and entertaining. My girlfriend got an amazing rose on her wrist the day we walked in and I made an appointment for the next business day. Josh was the artist for both of us and he took the time to redraw an indian that I wanted done on my forearm to have it face the opposite direction. Everybody makes you feel comfortable even during their busiest hours. Our tattoos look outstanding and we felt like their top priority through the duration of our visit. A very clean place, the people were very nice! Got a piercing, tragus, which was only $40, not too bad! Our guy was very nice and kind, got us in and out in no time at all. Went with my friend who got her belly button pierced, also $40. She felt sick after getting hers and Chris got her water, took care of her to make her feel better and safe, had her lie down. I went in last week and got my belly pierced, I'm not the skinny Minnie but I felt absolutely comfortable. Went in today to get some pricing and wound up walking out with my first "real" tattoo. I had one done at 24 on Santa Monica pier. This tattoo is extremely personal and meaningful to me. Walked in and Chris stenciled it up and walked out 30 minutes later. I am beyond thrilled.
