After searchg over a year for a tattoo removal place that I felt comfortable with and was professional and affordable..At L'Arte Della Belleza I have experienced the greatest consultation..so good I had my first removal session on the spot and I couldn't be happier. They were very honest and transparent!! There's no hidden anything here only tons of professionalism and compassion throughout the entire process. I have my tattoo on my lower back and it is almost 40% faded after just one session. You pay as you go and are not tricked into buying a package of any sort!! Really glad I chose to laser my tattoo here. I always feel at home when I go. Andretti is really cool about setting appointments and rescheduling if necessary. Both of the laser experts are fantastic. They are trustworthy, attentive and they make the process as painless as possible. Not to mention, they really seem to care about your progress. Scam ! Sculpture does NOT work and they steal your money! I went back because it didnt work and they said they brought the rep for the sculpture machine. She LIED the whole time I was there saying that it was because I was vegan ! Lol then she said I will speak with my scientist and acted like she was in the phone with someone. This place is a life saver. True story! Andretti and the nurse practitioner/owner that handles my laser removal....... they are top notch professionals. They go above and beyond to make sure you are feeling comfortable, and the progress on my tattoo laser removal is shocking! I have only been there twice on a large multi color arm piece that I have been wanting more than anything, to have gone. They gave me so much information and advised what my expectations would be, and the before and during photos say it all. Definitely recommend this facility! I've had tattoo removals before and the experience was terrible.. it was so much more painful and less effective than it has been here and I ended up needing 8 sessions which I didn't end up completing because it was so expensive . I'm only on my third session here now and most likely will be my last needed. I'm getting two tattoos removed at this office. I've had two sessions on each tattoo so far and my experience has been great. I looked around for a while and did my research on tattoo removal before scheduling a consultation. The machine that they have is the latest and most effective technology. It also works much faster than previous tattoo removal lasers.From my consultation, Andretti was very informative and honest. I started that same day. I'm two sessions in and have seen a lot of the ink disappear. They've made the experience as comfortable as possible. The office is very nice and clean. I've now had two tattoo removal sessions done at L'Arte Della Bellezza.  I called around to several places before ultimately deciding to remove my tattoo here. The office is beautiful and very clean. It's great that I can pay as I go through treatments without having to purchase a 6 session package like most places I called (since, you know, everyone's skin obviously reacts differently so why pay for sessions you may not need).During my initial consultation, Andretti was thorough, answered all questions, presented best and worse case scenario, and overall made me feel at ease about the whole process. I don't know what that lady is talking about. I called to make an appointment for a tattoo consult. When I mentioned the review, they were in shock. I was treated nothing like this lady said she was treated, such nice people including the doctor. I was quoted a great price for my tattoo and I started that same day for my treatment. I would be someone who would follow reviews and not go to places because of a bad review. I'm glad I didn't follow this lady review and came to see for myself. She must of been very rude to sit there an write such a horrible review on such a nice business.
