These people absolute rock stars. Not only are they completely chill and patient with questions and concerns, they are 100% professional in so many ways. I have been pierced by Amber 3 separate times now and I don't think I can trust anyone like I do with her to NOT give me an infection. Her sterile technique is on point (this is coming from a person who works in a hospital). If you actually follow her instructions for after care and particularly "mad" piercings you won't go ...wrong. She pierced my naval and with all things basically being at naval height for me, my naval was getting pretty mad with the amount of times it was being bumped and pulled on. Amber very patiently responded to my messages with advice and encouraging words that this is normal when piercings are messed with a lot while still healing (ps my naval is pretty much healed and happy now). Darryn gave me my first tattoo and he was super chill and understanding with my nerves of my first tattoo, also the fact that it took up a good portion of my upper thigh. He was very respectful on me asking him to move things slightly or redoing certain aspects so that I was 100% pleased with how the piece would turn out. Amber is an amazing piercer! I went to Rosco's on the recommendation of a friend. I wanted to upgrade my daith jewelry and my friend insisted the jewelry selection and piercer is worth the drive over the bridge. I drove 45 minutes to see her and was not disappointed. She customized the colors for the pieces I selected. She talked to me like we were long time friends, very personable and she kept me updated with what she was doing and why and so on. I highly recommend going to Amber for all of your piercing needs! I intend to try Rosco's for my next tattoo as well. I drove 45 minutes from North Tampa on a mission yesterday to specifically see Amber about upgrading my daith jewelry. I didn't have an appointment, but had called ahead and was advised to come on in. One of my best friends had highly recommended Rosco's and Amber for piercings so I felt the journey across the bridges would be worth it... and it totally was! First off the shop is very clean and everyone on staff was friendly! I had waited maybe 5 minutes tops as she was finis...hing up another piercing. She showed me my options for jewelry and explained how she can customize the colors to my personal style/taste. She even showed me the process to tweak the colors to the perfect shade of purple for me! My daith piercings 2 years ago were done by a well known chain place and they had used bars insisting circulars weren't allowed until the piercings were healed. I found out through Amber that information was false and circulars are actually better for daith piercings. I think my favorite part of my experience with Amber is Amber! Her personality is just awesome and she explained everything that she was doing, like narrating the process which very cool! I love that she is adamant about keeping her clients informed and you're not just sitting there in awkward silence while someone is playing with your ears. Amber is a great piercer! She made the whole process as comfortable as possible from start to finish! The shop is clean and bright, and she had no issues showing me their autoclave and was very aware of being sanitary throughout the procedure. She placed and angled the piercings to best show all kinds of jewelry, and made it as unsurprising as possible for someone who has an aversion of needles. She also pierced me one gauge size up to make the healing process more comfortable, and so far, I’ve had zero pain past the initial piercing! I came down on vacation like I do every year with family. I ended up losing the back to the jewelry of the brand new piercing I got! (it's not even half way healed yet 😭). I googled body piercing shops in the area we were staying and they were the closest, as soon as we walked in Darryn and Amber greeted us and were super friendly as well as super helpful. Came down to Largo because my mom's husband passed away. I convinced her to get a tattoo in his memory. Not knowing the area, I googled area shops and Rosco' s came up with very good reviews. I could tell my mom was nervous, with this being her first tattoo. We met Rosco and he instantly made her feel comfortable and at ease. Shop was very clean and staff was great. I don't generally vary where i go when it comes to getting work done but I was so impressed with my mom's experience I went back the next day and got a piece done by Rosco as well.
