Terri P. has done permanent eyebrows, eyeliner, and lip color for me over the past 4 - 5 years.  I have been extremely satisfied with her service and the results - returning for touch-ups as needed.  Terri listens carefully to what I want and makes great suggestions.  She is very sensitive to one's comfort and applies/reapplies numbing medication as required.Terri is very experienced in her mixing and application of color, and takes justifiable pride in her work.  She is also a very interesting and upbeat person - making the  appointments fun!
