Absolutely the worst customer service. I went there Saturday with my daughter (who is 16) to get a tattoo. She had to show id which she did not have on her which didn't make sense because I was there giving consent. Go back the next day, now i have to have a consent form notarized which they did not tell me the day before and they did not have one working that day. Then they told me to wait 45 min., then another 30 min., then 20 min., then they said they only had 2 guys available one of them does not work on minors and the other still has another 30 min wait. This place has the worst customer service. I got here at 8pm for a Friday the 13th tattoo and waited for 4 hours only to be told that I wouldn't be getting a tattoo because they were "tired" and "running low on supplies with only 2 people tattooing". Wish I would have been told that before wasting 4 hours of my Friday night. Not to mention, the staff made no attempt to offer any sort of make up for the following day. Absolutely terrible customer service. They did not offer make ups and said it was too bad that they couldn't give us what we wasted 4 hours for. At the very least they should have let people who waited come back the following morning and honor the same price/flash sheets. This is crap and I will not be returning ever. Read Less

I've been going to this tattoo shop for the past 5 months and overall it's the best and most genuine experience I've had in a tattoo shop by far. All of the artists are amazing and extremely talented, not to mention very kind as well. I personally have worked with Tyler Davis and Alex Mora, both of them are very kind and skilled in their work; not only do they walk you through the whole process, they offer good advice and are very open to different designs. Mike, the piercer is also extremely kind and walks you through the whole process of the piercing itself. Overall this shop is amazing and is 100000% worth going to. Read Less

I am VERY picky in what I want and I am not afraid to say if I do not like something. Alex is my tattoo artist. I trust him and the opinions of the other professionals in there. We have been brain storming with many ideas on my whole upper leg (thigh and booty cheek), and I must say so far my sleeve came out AMAZING! I have received so many compliments. With that being said, if you take your time (it is for life) with what you want in your tattoo and communicate what you are looking for, these professionals will work with you. I went in yesterday and asked if there was someone who could do a daith piercing. The two men told me the piercer would be there tomorrow. I went the next day, and two different guys were sitting around playing on their phones and watching Karate Kid 2 or 3. Neither day did I see any customers. I asked about a piercing and one of them said she would help me in a minute. They went back to their phones and movie while my husband and I stood awkwardly. A girl came up front. Mumbled about filling out paperwork and took my id. I don't think she looked up once. Then she went to the back and disappeared. More standing awkwardly while the two guys watched Karate Kid. After a while, I was so uncomfortable about the whole weird situation, that I took my paperwork and left. I'm too old to deal with their millinional angst. Unprofessional and rude. No wonder I didn't see a single customer either day.  I decided if they are too checked-out to make eye contact, then I don't want them sticking holes in me. I left and went to Kill 'Em All Tattoo. The guy there shook my hand, told me his name, and was very helpful from the start. There were also other customers and neither of the employees were watching tv or stuck in their phones. Mike is awesome!I called and spoke with him on the phone, he was super friendly.When I came in that day, he took me right back. I did a piercing.  Of course I was a little nervous, but he was very professional. This place and the Countryside location is a complete joke. After being ripped off by Classic Tattoos in St. Petersburg, who told me that I had to put a $50 deposit that would go towards the tattoo but when I hated the drawing...because it sucked they kept my money for the "time" he took to draw the picture (which by the looks of it took him all but 10 minutes). Steve was his name and I think my 14 year old son could have drawn a better flower. Didn't matter when I spoke the Clint the "Shop manger" which was just someone that Steve handed the phone to. Whatever you live and learn. So I took my pictures to Josh at Atomic in Westfield mall on a Thursday evening and he told me he would email me something by Saturday. I informed him that I was trying to get the tattoo before my wedding in 3 weeks since it's a cover up...a small cover up. I never heard a word from him so I called Saturday evening and he said he was busy and passed me off to Corey who wanted pictures of my current tattoo so I sent them to him and he said he would have something drawn up that night and would tattoo me Sunday. Again Sunday comes around and I don't hear a thing. They just claim that they are too busy and can't help me. Well thank you A**holes for wasting 4 days of time. You could have just told me that in the beginning and I could have gone somewhere else. So I contact the Atomic on Ulmerton and although Jake was apologetic that he was unable to tattoo me it was only after he too told me to send over the pictures (which I did at 1:30 that afternoon) and he would tattoo me that evening. Again, I explained that time was not on my side and he said he could tattoo me that evening and to my astonishment I didn't hear a word. I called back once and left a message for him to call me which he never did and then I called back again around 8:00 and got the same thing that he had just been busy all day. What the hell? If you’re that busy then just tell the customer you don't have time to do what they need. It's honestly so frustrating. I started this process three weeks ago. I went to price a tattoo I wanted and they tried ripping me off after being a repeat customer. They kid basically told me to go elsewhere, so I sure did. He told me there are many tattoo places on Ulmerton rd, they had no customers and basically laughed in my face. The guys mouth wasn't very nice at all. They are very unsanitary. I had a tattoo done there they didn't wanna fix, one guy was either on drugs or drunk, if not both. I also had another tattoo done there a while back that they scarred me and refused to fix it. It's ok though cause they $400 price you gave me for the tattoo I wanted I did what you said and went somewhere else where it was much cheaper, very sanitary and better customer service. And without a shifty attitude, so I wanna thank you actually for telling me to go elsewhere cause now I have a beautiful tattoo and a better place to go to!! Nate did my first tattoo. I went in pretty much every other day for a month, and he was totally chill with it. He worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. He answered every question I had and prepared me for what id need like eating before so I wouldn't pass out and such. he let me watch others tattoos and while he was doing my tattoo he checked up on me to make sure I was doing okay. Dustin from Atomic Tattoo's Clear water/Palm harbor is the bomb... I had a tattoo on right wrist for years.. It was a proverbial ink blob... No kidding every where I went people would try and guess what in the world it was... What a mess....Leaving me feeling like a tattoo disaster freak...I am a glass artist from Chicago area decided to see a few tattoo people in Tampa Bay area for advise while traveling and see how to rectify the problem.. Asked around and was told to check out Atomic... When I went to Atomic Palm Harbor the staff there did not hesitate in telling me that I needed to see the Master Tatter Aka Dustin....Within minutes I felt assured that not only was he qualified but conscientious...Long story short he worked a miracle with my Tattoo.. He brought back the long dead in what I would consider a miracle in it own right.. I am so happy with Tattoo redo... It is far better then it ever was and I could not be more thrilled...Hats off to Dustin and staff at Atomic Tattoos Clearwater/Palm Harbor for changing this girls Bad Tat in to a work of art..
