My regular tattoo/piercing place was closed, and I didn't want 5o lose my nerve so I'm so happy I found this place! I walked in about 25 minutes before closing, complaining that my previous nipple piercings were super painful, and that I was wondering if they could help. The guy at the front counter was super helpful, and referring me to the cutest young lady ever, who explained the process to me and made me feel at ease! She informed me that my piercing was displaced, and that she would pierce a little closer to the areola. I barely felt a pinch and it was done! She took me to a really private area in the back of the shop, played music, and talked to me the entire time. It was $8] for 2, and I got the recommended cleaners as well (total with tip was $125). Great experience. After months of following the shop on social media, I decided it was time to have some work done. I chose Bill Slaughter do my tattoo. I had a basic design idea and gave him creative freedom to bring my idea to form. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. Slaughter had the drawings back to me quickly and we scheduled the appointment. Amazing outcome.The shop is very clean. I thought it was pretty cool as the other artists finished with their clients, to see them walk around looking at what the others were doing. First off don't use online booking if you aren't capable of updating and accurately tracking the app appointment.  Second as I got to shop there was no formal greeting only "do you have an appointment" when I said yes and told them with Spider. They oddly looked at me as if I was insane and said he's not in town... I told them I had used their Online app and that set off a cascade of negative comments from several other staff members. Obviously no one knows how to use it or update it. At this point, disappointed as I was, I was willing to leave but the one helpful person called spider and set up an early appointment for Monday... following making a deposit for the appointment I was given spider's cell # and texted him the photo and design ideas, then it became a discussion on how he would not be able to do this work in the allotted time... I was explained that they don't like to rush, I understand perfectly, but I have large more detailed tats that took far less than 6 hours to do. Anyhow I don't know if the work here is great, but the customer service and finer planning details are not. Can't tell you wether to use this place or not if you are local but don't waste your time if you aren't.. my experience would follow along with all the other 1  ratings that seem to show this shop has tendency to talk people out of things they don't want to do, also the other person in my party was going to get some work done to add to an arm piece and booked along with myself, the online app booked that wrong as well, and because it was just some add on stuff the artist that was asked about doing it clearly told the guy helping us he wasn't interested in "messing with that stuff".... this is not a review that condemns them only illustrates the clear issue of pattern problem with the artist there. The owner is amazing. I went to the shop to get a hoop for my lip ring because it was pretty irritated and the owner was over the top helpful. He was extremely sterile with everything and he tried several different things until we were able to get the hoop in. He was extremely friendly and it made the whole experience great. I went in to get a tattoo looked at & left with a cartilage piercing and future plans to come back for my tattoo. Needless to say I’ve only had two other piercings done at Claire’s, this was the least painful & best piercing experience I’ve ever had! The owner was very friendly & pierced very smooth. Manny was incredibly helpful with the whole process, and gave me great information on what I needed to get my 13 year old all set for her first piercing. I just had my piercing done by Chris. He was fabulous. He explained everything to me show me the packages so that I knew everything was sterile and clean and I absolutely was terrified before he started talking to me he didn't realize how nervous I was even though I told him I was nervous I don't think you realize how scared I was. He did a phenomenal job and it was not nearly as painful as I had geared myself up or he had he talked me down and told me it wouldn't be as bad as I was building up in my mind and he was a very very right . I was a little intimidated to bring my 8 month old daughter to a tattoo studio to get her ear pierced, but all of the staff was very welcoming and I felt right at home. Let me just say, I am so so pleased with my experience and tattoo from Habitual Ink Casselberry! My artist Ben was amazingly generous, kind, talented, and patient! If you go to this place you will not regret having Ben as your artist. He was amazing and reasonable price wise, and my tattoo was just everything I wanted times a billion. I went in to get my elephant touched up and maybe add a spark to it, and boy I was not disappointed. He took his time to make my tattoo as unique and creative as I wanted it to be. Got a wedding band tattoo. Great service and they were sure to inform me on the downsides of hand tattoos. I decided to go ahead and it looks great. I'm in healthcare and wash my hands a lot, so I'll have to come back intermittently to touch-ups, but I think it's going to be well worth it. Definitely recommend them. I came here to pierce my daughters ears at 3 months. it was very easy. They were very patient and explained everything thoroughly.
