I paid Jason upfront for my tattoo, because it was my second visit, and my tattoo was supposed to be finished that day. Halfway through the process a walkin came through the door. He told me to take a break and he was going to do a quick tattoo on her. A little over an hour and a half went by and he finished with her. I got back in the chair, and I was too swollen so we could not continue. I trusted Jason and we rescheduled two weeks out. The total cost of the tattoo was $1,500. I was never able to get another appointment after trying several times over a year. Every time I messaged him he would say no problem.  He said he would have his assistant call me. It never happened. This was my first tattoo which makes it worse. Pretty expensive lesson. I held off writing this review for over a year, hoping Jason would make things right. A couple months ago they were having a sale for 10$ piercings I had been thinking about a new one and this was a great opportunity. Before I went I texted them and asked if they could do my selected piercing (Ashley) and they agreed . When I got to the shop the man told me that his piercer wasn't there to come back I didn't think it was a big deal so I went and visted some near by family. After about two hours I go back to the shop I was in the back in no time. He asked again what piercing I wanted and when I explained he gave me a confused look and proceeded to tell me that what I said online wasn't was what I was saying in person but agreed to do what I wanted and also told me he has never done the piercing I wanted! He did everything by procedure when he pierced me it was all good! BUT when he went the put the jewelry in it was too short and he couldn't get the ball on. After about 3 minutes of him trying to force it through my lip I told him to stop and instantly got dizzy I was so upset! He refunded me and said if I ever wanted another piercing to come back and he would give it to me for the 10$ maybe 2 weeks later I decided I'd give it another try on something different I messaged them and made sure to ask if he's done a piercing like this he said "of course I have I've been piercing for 14 years" I replied with "I'm just making sure I don't want what happened last time to happen again" he read my message and never replied. What an awesome experience! Very clean place, friendly environment and awesome emplyees as well. Everyone was very comforting treat you as if you are family. Horrible. I bought a groupon and when I called to schedule it the owner told me "it wasn't worth my time. The artist who agreed to do the groupon was no longer there." He suggested I contact groupon because it would be at least four months to get in.  I had a friend call and was told I could get in within two days. Read Less

What ever you do, please do not pay him in full for a tattoo unless the work is completed. Better yet, do not trust him starting a tattoo that he will not finish the same day(No large tattoos that will require more than an hour of tattooing). I have a tattoo that he started on March 21st. I paid him $600 in full (dumb on my part) because I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt that he was an honest person and because he rode motorcycles like I did. He has cancelled 6 (six) appointments to finish this tattoo. It's always one excuse after another one. EXCUSES:1) the electricity is out on one side of the building 2) I have to pick my family up from the airport 3) (I arrive for my appointment and) I don't have any more of the red ink needed to finish your tattoo 4) I got into a fight and i can't tattoo because of my hand 5) Your tattoo still needs some time to heal because your skin is not taking the ink well 6) I'm going to be on this tattoo longer than expected so I need to reschedule. 6 excuses? And it's 3 months later! That's foolery! And do you think he ever calls back to reschedule my appointments? Nope, I always have to call to be put back on his calendar. I have never gotten an attitude with Jason and have always been patient and nice, but this is really ridiculous and hurts my feelings that someone could be so cold. I've requested a refund so someone else can finish the tattoo he started. Let's see what his response will be. I'm sure I'll hear excuses as to why he can't refund my money, but tell it to the Judge. :-) Update 6.29.15- His response to me after I told him about taking him to court was "I understand your frustration but it doesn't work that way. You should have read that paper you signed with your ID and signature on it......." My tattoo was FINALLY finished on June 22, 2015. Which is 3 months later!Read Less
