Alright, let me break this down. Not knowing anything about this place I went in. Justin Conti was the artist. Let me start by saying I have a lot of ink from a lot of artists. None of them had lines as clean or as sharp as Justin's. I was so impressed with his technique that I have already decided to have him, and only him, do touchups on my older tattoos. Light handed, fairly priced, highly skilled in his craft. It's hard to find a tattoo artist that consistently puts out good work but having it first hand and seeing his portfolio online was an all around impressive experience. 6 stars if I could.

FRAUD BUSINESS! Absolutely the worst. Should of known better when I saw the staff sitting outside smoking and taking shots. I asked for a heart with a peace sign and after Evan was done I realized he missed a the third bottom line of the peace sign so asked him if he could fix it and he flat out said "No". Thanks for the pretzel Evan. Worst part is I had a temporary tattoo on for him to mimic and when my friend went to pay he tried to raise the price of his incomplete work, when we called him out he said "whatever but you can't pay with a credit card its cash only" and directed them to the nearest ATM which charged a withdrawal fee. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Got my first large piece done there last night. The owners are very nice and make you feel comfortable. The shop is very clean and the prices are very good. The artist I had ( Jose ) was very good at making sure I was doing ok throughout the tattoo. Best tattoo I have on my body and will definitely be going back for more ink. I would recommend them to anyone who wants high quality work at a great price.

Erica and the gang are fricking awesome! I have been tossing around the idea of getting a tattoo for over 20 years now, but never did it. My childhood friend and I got best friend tattoos (my first ever), and I love it SO much that I had to come back for another tattoo! Every little thing we asked for was accepted without question, unlike the guy on the Island. Thank you to Erica and everyone at Island Tattoo & Piercing! I highly recommend them! Two thumbs way up.

The guys and gals here are so friendly and passionate about their work. This is where you want to be if you're considering putting permanent art on your body. This is by far the best tat experience I've ever had.

Justin Conti does good work and he's a cool dude. The place could be cleaner. I saw a lot of ants to the point that it seemed like the place had a real problem with them. Ants don't just show up. They come when things that attract them are left out. It didn't make me feel like if was a really sterile environment. Still, my tat is cool and Justin took time and asked a lot of questions I hadn't even considered to make sure I got whay I wanted. I'd go back.
