I booked my consultation originally for the Gardens location but was in Boca anyway that day so I called to see if I was able to switch and they were more than accommodating. Morgan, the manager, who I had my consultation with, was the MOST pleasant and well educated young lady I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with in a scenario like this. She went into full details on how the tattoo removal process works and how there is no specific time length as every ink and tattoo is different. She explained the all inclusive fee life time guarantee which is basically, instead of paying x amount of dollars each session, not knowing how many sessions I'd need, I pay one flat fee, and keep going until I'm satisfied with my results. I loved this because other places I've talked to have told me its $300/sessions and they couldn't give me an idea of how many sessions I'd need. So now I know for what I paid, both tattoos I want removed will be 100% removed and I don't have to worry about extra costs. Morgan explained the healing process and how after the first day, it will most likely look a bit darker in certain parts, (it did but it lightened up after a week). I was able to get my first session of laser tattoo removal right after my consult which I thought was amazing. Sayan, the ARNP, was great! She makes you feel so comfortable and explains the process of the cold air and the laser. It's pretty much painless. I'd say the worst part is the cold air since it's so cold it's like a freezer burn almost but it's not THAT bad. It was quick and Sayan explained the proper after care techniques in great detail. She wrapped me up and I was ready to go!I was so impressed with the prices, the staff, and facility, that I even bought a laser hair removal package that same day. I came back a few days later to get that started and I was amazed all over again! Sayan once again made me feel comfortable and not awkward at all. After explaining what would happen with the hair the next few weeks and the proper after care instructions, I was done. She is truly great at her job. Laser hair removal is a fairly expensive and very personal treatment, so I did my research prior to coming to Body Details. I feel I made absolutely the right choice. The facility is very private, highly professional, and very accommodating. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. HORRIBLE!! I had the WORST experience here. They literally burned my face!!! As they were doing the treatment, my face had visible spots on it and the nurse didn't notice. As soon as I walked out of there my face felt like it was on fire for hours. I had to call them and return to this location so they could prescribe me something. I then I had to go pay for a prescription, Benadryl, aloe and a dermatologist appointment later in the week to make sure my face wasn't completely messed up. The dermatologist told me that they put the laser level too high and that's why it happened. Unacceptable!!!! I had a visibly messed up face for almost two weeks. This happened at the end of July and until today I still have discoloration on my face. They called me once to check on me and never again. I will NEVER go back to this location. This is my favorite location!!!  So easy to find and so easy to get to from I95 and there's private parking right in front of the store. It's usually pretty easy to get an appointment here and both the nurse practitioners here make me feel at ease. I paid over 5,000$ in the course of a year and prior to paying off my balance they treated me very nicely and treated all the areas we agreed to. Have been informed by the staff after two years of treatments that they will no longer treat me due to my breast cancer history although being full aware of it since diagnosis. I didn't even get a chance to see if their treatment was effective.  Made an appointment for a consultation and laser treatment on a tattoo.  Sat down and was told of the options, then the price.  Are you kidding???? $300 per treatment? I received 2nd degree burns! Received a laser tattoo removal treatment, this would have been my 5th session which up to this point I had no previous issues. During my session with a new technician whom had never treated me before stopped a few times to increase the intensity of the laser.. when I asked why we stopped she said "I am aggressive, your paying good money and I know you want it off as soon as possible" long story short she ended up burning my arm with second degree burns and causing blisters the size of quarters. What I am most disappointed is the way Body Details handled the situation afterwards. After going back in to have pictures taken of my burns and talking to not 1 but 2 of there medical consultants and one being a plastic surgeon who both agreed I had second degree burns and that I needed two prescriptions .. a steroid and topical cream.. in addition to having the blisters drained, Body Details denies any wrong doing and claims this is normal when I told him we should conference call both of his medical consultants who disagree he refused and said if I did call he wouldn't answer his phone! That's the owner of company Brian, needless to say they lost a customer of 4 years, disputing my care credit charge, filed a complaint with both bbb and health dept. Read Less
