I was super psyched about this place. I went on Sunday (January 20th) to consult a tattoo idea with Skylar. She told me to give her until Tuesday (January 22nd) to come back and get the tattoo because she had the heart and desire to draw out and dedicate her work onto my arm. I got my belly button pierced here in December, i was super excited because all my friends had one but after i was a little unsatisfied with how it came out but was too nervous to go complain. it doesn’t even sit on top or near my belly button, so when i finally went in and asked them to look at it the man at the front told me (because the piercer wasn’t there) it was just super swollen and that it would thin out and then sit on top of my belly button like everyone else’s in the worlds belly button piercing.... here we are in June and it’s thinned out making it look even worse and sitting way above my belly button. so now that i’m taking this out i have not one hole for a scar that’s noticeable, but two 🙂 Read Less

Ok. So I have debated this review and will be landing on 4 stars. I got a nose piercing and it was simply the easiest piercing I have ever had done. Just a quick pinch and it was over. The guy was obviously great at what he does - however - the bedside manner was a bit lacking. No names or greetings and I couldn't help like feeling I interrupted his dinner. I got a cover up tattoo on my arm by Phillip Wolves. I really wanted Lilly flowers, which I told Phillip. When I got to the shop, he had drawn out an amazing design of lilies that looked very elegant. Phillip said that when he draws up a tattoo for a client, he likes to get an idea of who they are, what they like, and what their personal style is, which I believe makes him a true artist and one that especially cares for his clients as well as their ultimate satisfaction. While getting the tattoo, I tend to look away for most of the process, but every so often that I'd look at how the tattoo was coming along, I was blown away. I knew Phillip was an incredible artist so I expected my tattoo to look incredible, but his work exceeded my expectations. The tattoo is grey/black, and the shading is intensely beautiful. It looks like a painting on my arm. I am constantly getting compliments, even out in public places. I hated my original tattoo that I decided to cover up, but thanks to Phillips work, I'm confident again while showing my arm that now holds pure art work. I had my daughter's ears pierced here over the summer and I was extremely happy with how everyone in the shop treated us. She turned one and her Dad and I decided that a professional piercer was the best route for us. Once at the shop, my daughter was upset and crying. If I could I would give 0 stars but I can't so I had PATRICIO do two tattoos for me and he's the worst possible customer service tattoo artist I've ever met. Don't go to him maybe his co workers but after getting two pieces done by him and paying $800 he was disrespectful and told me to go to another shop. I've been going to this shop since I moved to South Florida 5 years ago. You cant go wrong with any of the artists there. I've been tattooed by Apollo and Davey and now Phillip Wolves. Phillip is the man. I've gotten three tattoos from him and each time he goes above and beyond. Just when I think I have my new favorite piece he does something even more beautiful. Disappointed. Patricio was the one my friend and I "tried "to speak to about getting the word freedom tattooed on my forearm. I asked to help me with the choices of fonts and ideas and he told me just make an appointment cuz its to simple to do anything today. He refused. He was so stand off ish it made me very uncomfortable. After seeing their Facebook page, I decided to check this place out for the first time to discuss a tattoo idea, possibly try them out by getting something small in hopes of finding someone to help finish with my sleeve. I was told that what I wanted was a "pain in the ass" for the artist to do. I understand that some art needs to be translated into tattoo in order for it to work out, but never have I been told that any of my 11 existing tattoos were a pain in the ass to do. Davey came off as if I was bothering him, as if he didn't want to do my tattoo. I was swayed to change what I truly wanted in order for it to be less complicated for him and then was quoted $250 - $300 for simple line work (no shading, no color, approx palm size tattoo). There were other people awaiting to get work done, and were treated much nicer by the female tattoo artist helping them. This place has two locations and maybe they've gotten "too big" for their own good, over charging and undermining potential life long customers. I do know good tattoos aren't cheap and cheap tattoos aren't good, but I also know when I'm being taken advantage of. I found another tattoo shop where the gentlemen was warm and took his time even though he was busy, to properly discuss and quote my design. My advice to those looking to get a tattoo is explore all your options first, if it's a simple design, check out more than one shop and don't settle if you don't feel comfortable. Ask questions and don't let yourself get bullied. Your skin is YOUR canvas, not theirs yet merely a reflection of their work. Read Less

Some of the rudest, stuck up people you will ever meet. When you walk in, it goes quiet. The tattoo artists and people at the front desk make you feel very uncomfortable and aren't personable or friendly at all. I went to get a simple tattoo here. It is a very clean parlor and that's what attracted me on top of all of the great reviews... When I got there the girl was very sweet and helpful. Once it came time to place the stencil I asked her to adjust it a few times just so I could be positive it is exactly where I would want my tattoo(this thing is going to be on my body forever) she got extremely rude. She even told me she would not adjust it anymore(after two attempts). I was treated as though I was an inconvenience and an annoyance. When you're getting a tattoo, the artist and other employees should be trying to make you as comfortable with your choice of parlor as possible. My ear piercing got so infected 4 days after these idiots pierced me. I was put on several antibiotics for a week by my doctor to stop the infection. She said I was suspetible to staph and could have been more serious. My ear was constantly oozing fluids. I had to take out the new piercing and an old one. They completely destroyed my ear and were basically uninterest/ unsympathetic when I informed them of the trouble they caused me.
