My experience with the piercer Ashley was amazing. She was knowledgeable professional and answered all my questions. She did a tragus piercing for me and repierced my navel. She explained the procedure, had a clean working space, and showed me the jewelry options and even asked for my opinion after marking the areas to see if she can accommodate. The artists at Imperial Class Tattoo are talented, compassionate individuals, whom are highly receptive to their clients' needs and desires. I'm a difficult person to tattoo - I wiggle, laugh, and constantly need breaks. My fiancé is the opposite - quiet, and focused. Both of our artists understood our personalities and worked with us accordingly. I had a beautiful jellyfish piece completed over my ribs by Bear. He understood that I could not handle having my entire tattoo completed in one day and accommodated me with another appointment two weeks after my initial session.  He also explained every aspect of what he was doing as he went, which really helped alleviate a lot of my anxiety. My fiancé had an octopus wearing an antique diving helmet tattooed on his left forearm by Ms. Michelle. It was a cover up of a regrettable name tattoo. The amount of detail she put into the piece was incredible. Everything had to be perfect! She even convinced my fiancé to put color into the piece, which turned out to be an awesome choice! At first I was nervous to get my belly button pierced here because I was worried how the shop would be but I'm glad I got my belly button pierced here and I haven't had any problems. The 1st place I went to was best tattoo and spoke to Jake. I wanted just some lettering under my collar bone. He gave a price of 150-180. I told him I really wasn't wanting to spend that much for lettering. He told me about imperial class and sent me there. I went and talked to Michelle told her what I wanted and the most I really wanted to spend. She went even lower than my price. Wonderful experience from start to finish! We walked in there and was instantly greeted by Ashley (excuse me if I spelled her name wrong, I didn't catch the spelling) and she was so kind and helped us right away. We came in for a nose piercing and my friend was scared as it was her first piercing and Ashley reassured her that it's nothing to fear, and for most, there would be next to no pain. Ashley's work station was clean, organized, and sterilized. She took time to show us that the needle she was going to use was brand new. The whole process was quick and painless, literally. The shop is a drama free environment which seems to be a rare quality in the tattoo world. Every artist here is a veteran, with decades of experience. It's located in a very quiet plaza and provides an incredibly professional and laid back atmosphere for both people who are getting their first tattoo or those who are heavily tattooed. Ms. Michelle is my go to girl for my tattoos. She is so nice and kind. She makes tattoos to what you want & is very patient. I have had 2 tattoos with her and feel very comfortable going there. I know that she has a good artistic opinion & will help kead me in my choices. I like that they keep sterile procedures & teach you about after care instructions. The first time I just did a walk in, but this time I made an appointment. They are very flexible. They also offer piercings & have other tattoo artists.
