Was offered an appointment and accepted. No communication after, but since Brian had read / seen the message, I figured we were good to go. Show up and he says I’m not in the books. Then proceeded to make it seem as if the ‘mix-up’ was my fault due to him not sending a further confirmation message. Poor customer service. Will be booking and recommending elsewhere.

Brian is the best. He is a great tattoo artist and really listens to what you want. This was my first tattoo and I was nervous but I have to honestly say that it did not hurt. It turned out to be amazing and is a tribute to my mother, so it means a lot that Brian did such a beautiful job. Michelle is awesome as well; they make a great team. I have had the pleasure of sitting in Brian's chair twice now. He is very professional and detail orientated. He communicated with me the entire time to ensure I was nothing but ecstatic about the final outcome of my new art. Brian is an absolute natural at what he does and I can't wait to get back in that chair a third time! I very highly recommend paying Brian a visit, especially if it's your first tattoo.
