i got my nose pierced here a few days ago and i have mixed feelings about this place. let's start with the positives: it's clean. i was pierced by the owner (didn't catch his name) and he wore sterile gloves and instruments. he cleaned my nose before piercing me and showed me how to clean the piercing before i left. the price was cheaper than any other piercer i have seen before which was nice for the quality piercing i received. he was quick and efficient with the piercing and got us out within 10 minutes. now with the negatives: his attitude. at first i thought maybe he wasn't a friendly type of person, but then i saw other reviews of him and they all had a general consensus of his demeanor. when we entered his shop and said hello he didn't smile, and didn't really seem happy to be there. it was just him and another man working there who was rude to my boyfriend. we tried making conversation with the owner and he wasn't really having it, when we asked him if he gets a lot of business he quickly replied "well i've been here for 10 years so obviously i get business". he was just kind of snarky and would have made the experience a lot better if he had a better attitude or acted like he liked his job.. i looked up google reviews of his shop and saw how he replied to other negative reviews and he was just plain rude. this guy obviously can't take criticism. overall i would recommend this place for a piercing, but he is not the friendliest person.

Personally, I love this place! I have come here for 2 lone piercings and my nose and every time it goes perfectly. I used to go to Claire’s a couple stores down until I found this place and I am very glad I did. The guns they used at Claire’s were plastic trash and this place has much better quality piercing guns for your lobe and their extremely sterile. You see them take everything out of new packaging and they wear gloves and wash their hands before even touching you which is another plus. For my nose piercing, they used a clamp which I have not seen a lot at other places and it was very quick and the piercer keeps you calm the whole time. It barely bled and I was in and out within 5 minutes :) I will definitely be coming back for new jewelry and piercings in the future. All my friends go here and rave about it!

Then we got our belly buttons pierced here, mine looks great and is all healthy, but the guy didn't center my sister's piercing as well as he did for her so she's pretty upset. The guy that did it seemed cool but he was kinda rough with me and he doesn't seem to at least try not to sound rude. Maybe just monotone?

If I could give 0 stars I would. I left an honest review where I felt they deserved a rating of one star. Customer service is horrendous. I was actually once a regular. I went through the process of stretching my ears and always got new jewelery from them. One day I asked for a pair of 38mm / 1 1/2 plugs. When I got home (30 mins away ) I realized what they gave me was clearly and obnoxiously the wrong size. At the time- being at my goal size and the plug collector I am, I had about 30 other pairs in the same size. I drove back with an example pair of plugs. The owner and the worker literally argued with me saying I was wrong- and the 6 other plug shops I bought from were ALL selling me the wrong size plug? Yikes...Nothing was ever done. They told me I was completely in the wrong. Commented dissatisfaction- and it was deleted. Left a bad review- I was blocked. That says a lot about a business who would push a frequent customer away rather than fix a simple problem with an easy solution “I’m sorry here is the correct size”

This guy is an absolute freak. I go in here from time to time to get my labrets. I had to have him take my old one off because it had stripped. He was very rough and he asked me if he hurt me and I said "uh, kinda" he said "don't be a baby" he suggests piercings I should get that are in INAPPROPRIATE PLACES. Not only that but, take a look at how he responds to his reviews. He's acting like a crying toddler who didn't get their way. Something is wrong here, how he is still open, I don't understand. Stay away from this man. Go to an ACTUAL piercer. Oh maybe I should mention when I go in there he looks like he's been on some crazy drugs.

Worst experience ever. The owner I believe, or if everyone needs help, the guy who’s not British and looks like he is stoned all the time. He pierced my septum. He messed up so bad he didn’t even get close to the sweet spot where septum’s supposed to be done. When I asked him about it, he blamed it on my nose.

My septum isn’t down by my Cupid’s bow.... and yet, that is where he pierced, through that meat.

After reviewing this business for 1 star via Google for reasons of sanitation meant to help the public make safer choices, a quick response was given by the owner and piercer, which speaks for itself, "When you have a successful business, you tend to get some haters, which is exactly what you are." They flatter themselves, but it concerns me that they are not open to criticisms and respond maliciously to unsatisfied clients, as the many reviews before mine show. Nonetheless, if you want a quality piercing done by a real artist, please consider another shop. Be safe and do your research! :)

Piercer is extremely professional and helpful. I have gotten a lot of piercings and every experience was quick and easy. I had the back of a piercing fall out in my sleep and and he helped me put it back in, no issues. Highly recommend the piercer here, though I have yet to get a tattoo.

I went in with 3 other people to tattoo, I get artist have their own style, but when someone is told they can't have something done the way they want it done and then it looks like crap in the end and to criticize another artists work, un professional one that I went with didn't finish hers and isn't going back there to get it finished. Does great on smaller tattoos outlining anyways. But if someone wants something done a certain way and not want to get an attitude because they ate trying to convince you to do it a way you don't want it done, don't bother going their. I did get a piercing their as well about a year ago and that was a 5 star rating. To the lady botching about her license getting scanned, it happened everywhere even at a true tattoo and piercing shop.

I came in to buy a nose ring and ended up leaving with a Tragus hoop too. I told the rep I needed a 16 gage Tragus earring and was told that's what I'd be buying. Well when I went to put the jewelry in it wouldn't fit. Originally I had thought I was putting it in wrong so I took it to my piercer to help. My piercer told me that was a 14 gage hoop. What the heck. So I called Vogue and explained to them what had happened. Well, whoever I talked to said it wasn't their job to make sure they were selling the right size. He said he'd give me a discount on a new one...ARE YOU SERIOUS. I shouldn't need a new one. What kind of piercing shop says it's not their job to sell the right size... AN UNPROFESSIONAL SHOP! So I do NOT recommend anyone do business with them. I've never written a bad review but these guys are no good. DON'T GO THERE!

I went into here to buy a septum jewelry and there was only one person working. I pointed out the one I wanted. I noticed that the price of the jewelry had went up from under $15 to $20. That wasn't the problem. The problem is when I got home, I noticed one of the gems were missing. It wasn't even the one I asked for.Now my $20 is in the gutter. This place is a joke! Also they don't have all the proper material to pierce ppl. I would steer away from this place. Oh and you can find their jewelry on Amazon for half the prize. Their website also states: buy one get one free for body jewelry, but I didn't see any advertisement in stores.

Personally, I love this place! I have come here for 2 lone piercings and my nose and every time it goes perfectly. I used to go to Claire’s a couple stores down until I found this place and I am very glad I did. The guns they used at Claire’s were plastic trash and this place has much better quality piercing guns for your lobe and their extremely sterile. Does great on smaller tattoos outlining anyways. I came in Aug. 22 on my third attempt to have my nose pierced because I have a needle phobia and actually went through with it. I laughed afterward because it didn't hurt at all, my eyes didn't tear up and I am on day 3 and no pain, swelling or redness! THANK YOU!!

I went into here to buy a septum jewelry and there was only one person working. I pointed out the one I wanted. I noticed that the price of the jewelry had went up from under $15 to $20. That wasn't the problem. The problem is when I got home, I noticed one of the gems were missing. It wasn't even the one I asked for.Now my $20 is in the gutter. This place is a joke! Also they don't have all the proper material to pierce ppl. I would steer away from this place. Oh and you can find their jewelry on Amazon for half the prize. Their website also states: buy one get one free for body jewelry, but I didn't see any advertisement in stores.
