Keith is a personal friend but..... I have & continue to tell anyone to go there. I know there is other places closer, but if good people & service is important to you then you need to look no where else. Do not come here. They over charge, and they are rude.  When I got my tattoo there one of the other guys there made fun of what I was getting.  I got a tiny first tattoo and was charged 100$. I suggest xclusive ink in east Hartford. Read Less

I am in the middle of a rather large piece. Chris is in the color stage of my tattoo and it looks amazing. I went in knowing I wanted a pheonix but didn't really know what I wanted it to look like. He took the time to create something beautiful and different. I am so impressed with his stunning work and artistry, I still have at least 2 more sittings. Bunch of idiots.  Every 10 minutes the (word I can't use) doing the tattoo had to stop every 5 minutes for a cigarette or to make a phone call and then tried to sell us concert tickets.  It should have been a 1 hour tattoo and it took 4 hours.  The place seems dirty and there are semi pornographic pictures on the walls.  I wouldn't recommend going there ever. My friend has several tattoos from here, so when I finally was brave enough to get mine, I asked her to come with me.  I was not disappointed!  The shop is clean and the artists are nice and knowledgeable.  I had asked for a white ink tattoo and my artists sat me down and talked about his professional opinion on the style and how it sits on one's skin.  We talked through some options and fifteen minutes later I had a tattoo that I love more and more every day.  I am thinking of getting another one soon, and I will definitely be getting it done here. If you get a tattoo- go here.  All of my friends, my fiance and myself have gotten their tattoo(s) or touch ups here.You meet with the tattooist of your choice before hand, explain to him what you want and he'll sketch it out for you and make your appointment.  They are very nice and have great customer service.When you go in for your tattoo they will bring you in back and if it's your first they will explain to you what will happen and make sure you want it where they placed it.  They use the best inks and dyes, which last a very long time.  My friends from there is over 7 years old and looks brand new.Prices are reasonable for a tattoo place.  A 3x3 color tattoo will run you about $65-75 depending on detail etc. This is the best place to go in CT.106.9 WCCC has a promotional day here and they give our gift certs and tshirts.  I actually won $100 and have to go make an appointment soon!
