Gypsy did a great job on my tattoo. She was prepared in advance with the image I gave her, and we talked about some of the details before she started and while she worked. I am glad that my first tattoo was with a seasoned expert because I took her artistic advice and it came out great! She even brought in her collection of matching cartoon characters to show me. She was honest and informative throughout the process, telling me what to expect and what she was doing - all while chatting about pop culture experiences. Body Graphics is a great tattoo studio! The shop manager, Theresa, is super friendly and very accommodating when helping you schedule your tattoo appointment. I have recently been tattooed by Dean and Justin and would highly recommend either one of them for your next tattoo. They are both very talented artists who are friendly and will make you feel comfortable in their chairs whether it’s your first tattoo or your hundredth. The tattoo turned out fine, although, not quite what I wanted. However, I was more put off by the bedside manner of the artist. I came in a week prior with a photo of tattoo similar to what I wanted and booked my appointment. When I showed up for my appointment the image wasn't exactly what I was hoping for (not her fault) and wanted to change it a bit. Her response was, "That's fine. You're only cutting into your time". She then proceeded to start the timer and left the room for over thirty minutes. The whole experience was rather disheartening, especially since it was a big deal for me (I was getting old self harm scars covered). This was an all around fantastic experience. I'm visiting from FL and was with my best friend and we had planned on getting tattoos together. We were very lucky to get our appt with Gypsy. Went back for a redo after 15+ yrs. The place is classy and quiet. The artist was polite and into my piece offering helpful suggestions.
