Got ears pierced a few months ago..approx Feb 2018 . Am very pleased. Clean and very conscientious.. Good listeners to clarify ex actly what I wanted. No problems. This shop is clean and organized.  They have art on the walls (as it should, considering it's a place to get artwork done permanently) which is cool to look at while you're waiting.  Their waiting area is nice and spacious and they have a poland spring water dispenser which I was thrilled about since my tea was basically gone when I got there.Although the appt was for 6, my tattoo started a little after 7.  Kyle was my artist and he was amazing!  His lines are super straight and I couldn't be happier with my final result.  He tattooed a really delicate place on my body (sternum) and there are absolutely no blow outs and no wonky lines whatsoever (obviously it also depends how you sit, I tried to be as still as a stone). This was my ninth tattoo.He made jokes and conversed throughout the process.  I would absolutely come back to get more work by him.  My friend got a tattoo by him the same day and he took his time when placing the stencil.  She liked that he placed it twice before getting it exactly perfect on the third placement.  It shows that he cares how it looks, instead of just doing it and getting it over with.Highly recommend.  The price seemed high for the tattoo that I got, but since it came out so perfect, I didn't argue it ..$120 (+ tip) for a three squares that intersect..about three inches long, 1.5 inches wide.  You get what you pay for, after all! I've only ever been in this place 3 times and every experience has been flawless. The staff is authentic, always friendly and caring. You just feel the good energy between them. I got my 1st tattoo yesterday (done by Tim) and I couldn't be happier with the work. Clean shop with a great atmosphere. Usually with tattoo studios you get a vibe as soon as you walk through the door and it's either a little sketchy or you immediately feel at home. This one is like home. The lounge area is very comfortable and organized, the staff very polite, courteous and knowledgable. The staff are all very good at what they do. Beautiful artwork but horrendous customer service. The tattoo artist doing my tattoo spoke to every person in the place except for me even shouting across the parlor while the needles were in me. Seemed unfocused and inconsiderate. Completely ignored me except for asking if I was okay sparsely. No personal connection whilst getting my first and very meaningful tattoo. Non personable, ignored most of my requests for the design. Stubborn about his artwork and did try to incorporate my thoughts but didn't give a damn about his customer. Read Less
